License renewal did’t give me a new key – Events Cal Pro

We had a business license for the last year that we recently renewed as personal. The key on my keys page does not have a new key that I can use. It’s only showing my expired business license one.

Thanks for reaching out to us and sorry to hear about this issue. We are aware of some issues with renewing and upgrading/downgrading a license and we are working to fix them.

In the meantime I adjusted your license manually (it’s the same key). Can you check if this works as expected on your site?
