Iβm not able to select all the import options.
I guess you meant you are now able to select all of them?
Please let me know about it,

MemberHi there,
Thanks for getting in touch with us! I’ll help you on this…
It’s possible to use the same licenses for both dev and live sites, read more about it β Using One License for Live and Dev Sites. In some cases this is not possible, but you can always move the license key from one site to the other.
Please let me know if I can help with anything else,

MemberHi there Tara,
Thanks for reaching out to us on this! We fixed some scenarios in which this issue raised, but we still have glitches when using the ‘once’ recurring option to create more than one event on the same day. Can you please let me know if this is the case? It will also help to have a screenshot (or detailed description) of the recurrence settings so I can try to reproduce this locally and verify the issue.
Thanks,
NicoNico

MemberHi there Oliver,
Thanks for getting in touch once again with us!
Taking a quick look I’m not sure of the solution, but give me some time to share this with dev and find the best way to do this (although some CSS + JS will certainly do the trick).
Be back to you soon!

MemberHi Peter,
Thanks for getting in touch and sorry about the troubles setting this up π
As far as I could test in my local site, Event Aggregator is able to reach and read the ICS feed you shared. You mentioned this site is local development site, Can you import events from any other feed in this site? Is the trouble just with the one you shared? You might be hitting a ‘network’ issue here.
Please let me know about it,

MemberHi there Mark,
Thanks for getting in touch with us, and sorry to hear about the issues setting week view as you need…
As you point out Week view follows the setting in ‘WP-Admin > Settings > General > Week Starts On’. This is a default WordPress option and should be in your site as well. Here’s a screencast of the process of changing this setting and how it reflects on the calendar week view β http://p.tri.be/8SeF5/1tdCH6b3
Please let me know about it,

MemberHi Steve,
We just received a couple more reports on the same issue, so we started an investigation to see what’s going on. I couldn’t still reproduce this on my end, and it could be just a temporary issue with the license validation server not being available.
For now, Can you just try to input the license again (wait a few seconds when you paste it) and see if it’s valid, and then ‘Save Changes’? After saving changes is the license correctly saved? If that’s the case can you please re-check if now the imports work?
I’ll be back to you as soon as I have something on to share. In the meantime if you could run the test above and let me know about it, it will be great π
Thanks for the patience while we work on this!

MemberHi there Matt,
Thanks for getting in touch with us and for your interest Events Calendar PRO π
Is the $89 Events Calendar Pro fee annual or one time?
It’s an annual fee (you get a discount when you renew) that gets you access to updates and premium support. If the license expires and you decide not to renew then the plugin will continue to work, but you won’t be able to access further updates (bug fixes and new features) nor have access to premium support.
Please let me know if there’s anything else I can do for you,

MemberHey Chris,
Sorry to hear about this π
What could be happening is an error in how the code is placed. Basically the code is not making any permanent change in the site, this means if you remove the code you pasted (in the functions file if you took that road) things should be back to normal. If you can access your site via FTP and send me the functions file content (again if that was the way you included the snippet) I can check that the code is pasted in correctly.
Also, it seems the server is generating an error but you cannot see the description. Two options: check if the hosting company has a way of viewing the PHP error logs or just enable error logging in WordPress (https://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPress).
Best,
