ParticipantHello,
I have the event agregator licence and the key is linked to the site, I have 83 planned imports but when I try to add an import, it asks me to buy it.

MemberHi Adrien
That is very odd. I’m sorry that started to happen to you.
Can you check a few things out for me?
1. Send us a private reply with your System Info.
2. Run through our Testing for Conflicts guide. I wonder if there is a plugin conflict suddenly happening???
3. Confirm that your license is active by comparing it to what displays in My Account ยป Licenses.
I hope we can get this resolved quickly.
Thanks

MemberHi Adrien,
Thanks for sending the system information over! We received a couple more reports on the same issue, so we started an investigation to see what’s going on. I couldn’t still reproduce this on my end, and it could be just a temporary issue with the license validation server not being available.
For now, Can you just try to input the license again (wait a few seconds when you paste it) and see if it’s valid, and then ‘Save Changes’? After saving changes is the license correctly saved? If that’s the case can you please re-check if now the imports work?
I’ll be back to you as soon as I have something on to share. In the meantime if you could run the test above and let me know about it, it will be great ๐
Thanks for the patience while we work on this!

MemberThanks for the feedback and sorry for the hassle once again ๐
We are not sure what’s going on and at the moment we are unable to reproduce / isolate the issue. For now we are working on adding better error catching to get some feedback on the process that’s failing.
This thread is attached to the bug ticket in our internal system and we will give you a heads-up when a fix is place for you to confirm it’s working.
Also, for most folks re-saving licenses worked, so you can try that as a temporary workaround.
Thanks,

Just wanted to share with you that a new maintenance release is out, containing a fix for this issue ?
These are the improvements shipped for Events Aggregator this release:

- Tweak – Improve Event Aggregator message regarding Facebook token expiration.
- Tweak – Support importing from URLs (Event Aggregator) where the protocol hasn’t been specified by defaulting to HTTP.
- Tweak – Added filter: tribe_aggregator_meta_source to filter the Event Aggregator import source.
- Tweak – Added filter: tribe_events_linked_post_meta_values_{$current_linked_post_meta_key} for filtering the array of values retrieved for a specific linked post meta field.
