MemberHey Leah,
Thanks for the extra information! I’m mostly sure this behaviour is caused by a known bug which fix is included in upcoming release 4.1. The new release should be available mostly sure tomorrow. Can you please update the plugins and re-test the issues?
Please let me know if the update doesn’t fix these issue so we can continue to troubleshoot and log them!

MemberHey Paul,
Thanks for reaching out to us! Interesting question here…
Let me start by saying there’s not a best way of doing this, it just depends on your business requirements. That being said I think letting users submit events anonymously might work better if you are trying to get to the most direct way of submitting events. A personal suggestion, if this is a new website (or a new feature of an existing website) be on top of it and see how users react to it. But again, I guess allowing anonymous submissions lowers the barrier to get new events posted!
Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions on this,

MemberHey Stavros,
We have a guide in place that reviews recurring events configuration: PRO Recurring Events.
Please take a look at the article and let me know if you have any follow-up questions on this,

Thanks for reaching out to us! I’m sorry to say I don’t get the issue you describe, Can you elaborate a bit more? How would you like the ‘event location’ to display?

MemberHi there @ Wire,
Thanks for reaching out to us! Unfortunately we are not able to provide support in the pre-sales forum 🙁
We are happy to assist our premium users with support issues via our premium forums, please log into the account that has been created when the purchase was made. If you have not purchased one of our premium plugins, you can post in our open source forum. We review that forum weekly and mainly for bug reports.
Regarding the specific issue, you’ll need to dequeue one of the gmaps include. You can do so by using the wp_dequeue_script function.
I’ll go ahead and close out this thread, but please do post in the appropriate forum and we will assist you.

Glad to help you here too! We do not have a similar widget, all of our widgets (core and pro) are listed here: Events Calendar Widgets. There’s one more widget that is still not listed in the article: This Week Widget.
Hope that helps, please let me know if there’s anything else I can do for you,

MemberHey Martin,
Thanks a lot for your interest in our products and also for your detailed insight on this.
I couldn’t find this logged as a bug. Can you describe the steps to reproduce the error (I can imagine those, but want to be sure about it) so I can test it on my end as well in other clients? Also which version of the plugin are you using? Timezone settings?
Please let me know about it,
Best,
NicoNico
MemberHey Tom,
Thanks for reaching out, and also for your interest in our products!
You can import you website calendar feed into outlook via the ICS feed (http://site.com/events/?ical=1), then events added to the site will be added to Outlook. If you want to import the events in Outlook to the calendar in your website then you’ll need to use our premium add-on iCal Importer. This add-on allows you to set recurring scheduled imports (every 30 mins, hourly, daily, weekly or monthly) to keep sync with other sources like outlook, Google Calendar, etc. Be sure to take a look at the iCal Importer product page for more details on how the plugin works.
Please let me know if there’s anything else I can help you with,

MemberHi there Sven,
Thanks for reaching out to us on this!
Per default list view will shown upcoming events and not past events, so not sure about this? You want to remove the past events link?
Please clarify a bit further on this, if necessary please attach a screenshot (you can use a service like cloudup.com or imgur.com),

MemberHey Keith,
Thanks for jumping in here, but the issue you are describing in your replies, might not be related to the one Joost posted. Can you please open up a new thread for this? Having just a user/issue per thread usually makes them move faster. When creating the new thread please be sure to Test for conflicts and include your system information, that will surely help getting a better reply. You can copy the text from your messages, no need to create a new description for the issue.
I’m still awaiting Joost to proceed, but again not sure if your issue is related or not, and he is the original poster…
Thanks,
NicoMarch 14, 2016 at 2:53 pm in reply to: Eventbrite Ticket Registration section not showing on Frontend of WordPress Site #1088805Nico
MemberHi Margaret,
Everything looks right on that end, I just edited to remove license keys and tokens.
I’ve shared this issue with another team member who is dealing with a similar thread, but we are still not sure about what this might be about. I see the event is not publicly viewable on EventBrite, Can you try to change the visibility to public and then try if the tickets are shown? If that doesn’t work can you try to re-import it when public?
Testing for conflicts would be super helpful to narrow this down. Do you have a local copy of the site or a dev environment where this tests can be run?
Was the ticket form working at some point and then it ‘broke’ or was this never working for any events? If so, Do you re-call if it was after a plugin or WordPress update? Can you send me a screenshoot of the tickets settings in EventBrite?
Thanks, hope we can get this right soon!
