MemberThanks for the heads-up Mike 🙂 Really glad to hear the script from Matt worked!
This surely wasn’t an easy/typical issue, thanks for the patience.

MemberHi there Joe,
Thanks for reaching out! I can help you here…
Indeed the article describe how to do with WooCommerce tickets, but I see in your website, you are using RSVP tickets. For this type of tickets other template has to be modified, I’ll describe the steps to achieve this:
- Copy the template wp-content/plugins/event-tickets/src/views/tickets/rsvp.php
- Paste a copy of the file in wp-content/themes/your_active_theme/tribe-events/tickets/rsvp.php
- Edit the file in your theme and change in line 53 max="<?php echo esc_attr( $ticket->remaining() ); ?>" for max="1"
That should do the trick for you, please let me know if it works for you,
Have a great weekend,

MemberHi Ross,
Thanks for reaching out to us and for you interest in our plugins 🙂
What you describe is not possible out of the box. Events Calendar PRO comes packed with a location search field and a map view, but there’s no site-wide filtering of events based on locations. There might be some workarounds for this, for example using a category per country and redirecting users (based on geoloc info) to the correct ‘filtered calendar by country/category’ when they access the main ‘unfiltered calendar view’. This is something that will require some custom code on your side, but seems easily achievable.
It would also allow for city specific ads, blog/news items etc
Not sure what you mean here, seems that you need more like a global setting for this. I guess the work around described above only works for events!
Please let me know about it,

MemberHi Martin,
Thanks for getting in touch, and for your interest in our products 🙂
It’s actually possible to export your attendees list (when the event has ended or while it’s ongoing), take a look at this article: Managing your orders and attendees. The list is exported in CSV format which is usually an easy format to handle!
Also: is the plugin ready for a German installation?
Yes, our plugin is ready to work with multiple languages. The translations are maintained by the community and hopefully we have some awesome German folks in our user base!
Please let me know if you have any other follow-up questions,

Thanks for reaching out and for your interest in our our products 🙂
Actually we have a nonprofit program that offers Events Calendar PRO for free to approved organizations. You can apply here!
Please let me know if this answers your question,

MemberThat’s odd indeed Joshua… Do you think it relates to the old event being in the past, and the new one being in the future?
When the parent ID was present, Did the export series link worked as expected?
No change in the issue with retrieving the event series via tribe_get_events(), either way – it’s like that function (and get_posts() for that matter, which I also tried) simply can’t see the child events.
Not sure about the above, I was asking if this was tested in the single event page because the snippet is coded with this purpose. I haven’t tested other implementations of it.

MemberGlad to hear Cissy! Let’s see what’s going on…
The issue seems to be with the page configured for the cart (http://www.spankers.asia/cart__trashed-2/). Can you please check the status of that page? Is it published?
Please take a look at how to configure the cart pages: Configuring WooCommerce Settings > Checkout Pages.
Let me know if this helps you out to solve this,
Have a great weekend,

MemberHey Lynnette,
Thanks for getting in touch and for your interest in our plugins 🙂
Does your calendar support event submissions without having to create a login?
Yes, Community Events has the option to allow anonymous submission!
Also, in your example calendar here, the this calendar is using the add-on filter bar and the pro calendar, correct?
Yeap, it’s using Events Calendar PRO and Filter Bar.
I’m using the Avada theme 4.0.2 — will I have issues?
Hopefully not, the issues reported were affecting just some of the theme users not all users. The folks at Theme Fusion are working on a fix, but I’m aware the had some troubles trying to replicate the issue so everything indicates it’s an edge case. Anyway they are working on an update to fix this!
Please let me know if you have any other follow-up questions or doubts,

MemberHi Maneley,
Thanks for reaching out and for your interest in our products 🙂
can you use this plugin on a multi-vendor site like Marketify to allow each seller to sell their own tickets.
I’m not much familiarized with the functionality that Marketify enables so not sure about it. Are you trying to emulate the Marketify functionality or are you interested in generating something similar with our plugins?
You can allow front-end event submissions for users using Community Events and also allow users to create new tickets for events with Community Tickets + Event Tickets + Event Tickets Plus + an e-commerce plugin (WooCommerce, Easy Digital Downloads, WP-Ecommerce or Shopp).
Please let me know if this answers your question,
