MemberThanks!
I’m not sure why the text is showing without the link, it’s working as expected in my install π
Can you please try this with a default WordPress theme (you’ll have to move the snippet to the correct functions file)? Can you try to put ‘google.com’ as the URL for the event?
Regarding the style we can simulate something similar for sure, let’s get the link working and then we can look into it.

MemberHey Dennis,
Thanks so much for your reply! Glad to hear you are enjoying our plugins and that they are an important part of your site π
As you are the original poster here, I think it’s best we close this thread out and ask @tuberb, to open up a new thread so we can continue to help him out.
@tuberb, can you please open a up a new thread to continue the conversation about the warnings? Please do link this post and start by answering the question from my last update: Can you identify the error with any event or page in your site? Are there any steps you are aware of to reproduce this?. Me or some of my team mates will pick up the issue there and help you out.Iβll go ahead and close out this thread!
Have a great weekend,
NicoNico
MemberHi Salvador,
Thanks for reaching out to us! Unfortunately we are not able to provide support in the pre-sales forum π
We are happy to assist our premium users with support issues via our premium forums, please log into the account that has been created when the purchase was made. If you have not purchased one of our premium plugins, you can post in our open source forum. We review that forum weekly, mainly for bug reports.
Taking a quick look to the site, the error seems to be related to JavaScript issues more than CSS conflicts. Check the browser console to see the actual error descriptions and try to solve this.
Iβll go ahead and close out this thread, but please do post in the appropriate forum and we will be happy to assist you.

MemberHi there Ali,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
I’ve swapped the PRO license for a Community Events one. Can you please confirm you see this change in your account?
That’s a good suggestion, I’ll make sure to mention it to the websites team, thanks!
Have a great weekend,

Welcome to our support forums and thanks for reaching out to us. I’ll help you getting this right!
It seems that all Events Calendar PRO views are failing to load. Can you please try the following, re-checking if the views shows after each step:
- Try re-saving permalinks in WP-Admin > Settings > Permalinks > Save Changes
- Go to WP-Admin > Events > Settings > Display > Save Changes
- Go to WP-Admin > Events > Settings > Display > Enable event views un uncheck all views but List View, and make sure it’s set as default view as well. Check on the front-end if this view is working. Then go back to display settings, enable all views, save changes and re-check if it’s working.
If none of the above works, then try re-installing PRO. You won’t lose any date when deleting the plugin folder and adding the newly downloaded copy.
Please let me know about this,
Best,
NicoNico

MemberHi there Gergana thanks for the follow-up!
Hi We are using the Event Ticket plus tickets(they are with a price). If I understood you correct than I believe we are using Woo.
I meant which e-commerce platform are you using alongside Event Tickets Plus. Basically the plugin that manages the cart and checkout. Is it WooCommerce?
I’m really sorry about the other issue, it really seemed to be a double post π We can totally solve this issue here to after we get the original one nailed.
Please let me know about the e-commerce plugin and I’ll send the steps to create the template override,

Can you please follow-up with the event URL so I can check the mark-up generated by the snippet?

MemberThanks for following up Nic!
What you are trying to achieve is possible using Mini Calendar Widget + Event List Widget. Take a look at the settings β https://cloudup.com/cx0ZoC4EYTH
You just need to be sure to indicate mini calendar to not show any events under the calendar. Then the list widget will take care of displaying events weather they happen in the current month or not.
Please let me know if this works for the site,
Best,
