pop up no work

i check all thing remove css and boostrap lines and no working the pop up on my custom theme
on default theme work fine.

i see the source code my theme dont generate the json pop up code why?

what happening?

please help me

Taking a quick look to the site, the error seems to be related to JavaScript issues more than CSS conflicts. Check the browser console to see the actual error descriptions and try to solve this.
