MemberThanks folks and sorry for the hassle! I’ve talking with the rest of the support team about your cases and it looks like you have other threads opened in which you are getting help. Nevertheless I wanted to address Christos comment:
Are you insane here in Tribe? You are beta testing a plugin that is installed in live websites and produces so many issues?
Totally not! We had a beta testing period for both Events Aggregator and for all 4.3 plugins (you can read more about this here: http://betas.theeventscalendar.com/). Before opening the beta, the plugin were tested by our QA team internally. In both beta’s we gathered feedback regarding new features and bug reports as well. This lead to a better final version which was tested by our QA team once again before release.
Hope the issues can be resolved soon,
Best,
NicoNico
MemberHey Iain,
Thanks for the heads-up! As it looks like you could sort this out I’m closing the thread.

MemberThat’s indeed Weird!
Have you switched to Event Aggregator? It’s our new importer plugin I wonder if this still an issue with it. If you are not sure what I’m talking about please check out this article → Moving to Event Aggregator.
Also, if you an send a sample Facebook event URL in which the location is a city I’ll try this on my end as well.
Thanks,

Muchas gracias,

MemberThanks for the heads-up Chloe! I’m glad you could sort this out 🙂
I’ll go ahead and close out this thread, but if you need help with anything else please don’t hesitate to create a new one and we will be happy to assist you.

MemberHi there Chloe,
Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear about this notices showing up all over the place 🙁
As an immediate measure please note that you can downgrade the plugins and make this right real quick (check this out: Downgrading a plugin to a past version). You can also hide warning messages for now (https://aristath.github.io/blog/wp-hide-php-errors). If you have an staging site we might be able to figure out this in there before pushing the changes to the live site. Is this possible?
On the causes of the issue I guess these warnings might got there because not all plugins have been update to the latest versions (you’ll need to update The Events Calendar, Events Calendar PRO and Event Tickets Plus), or maybe there’s an outdated customization you are using?
Please let me know about it,
Best,

MemberHey Nico,
Thanks for getting in touch with us!
The point you raise is pretty interesting and we were just talking with the team about this feature (a better sync system for TEC powered sites) today. The idea is to build a tool that allows a complete sync between two The Events Calendar sites. Let me touch base with one of our strategists working on this feature and I’ll let you know about it.
I’m mostly sure there’s no work around this limitation for now, but I’ll double check on this before getting back to you.

MemberHey Yoni,
Thanks for getting in touch with us!
You can change the Filters settings in WP-Admin > Events > Settings > Filters, and decide how each filter is rendered (checkboxes, autocomplete, etc).
Please let me know if you can configure the category filter to use checkboxes,

MemberSure Karly! Just let me know in this same thread and I’ll do my best to craft a snippet to help you out on this 🙂
Best,
NicoNico
MemberThanks for the patience @stratejusinc!
Use this updated snippet instead fo the old one:
/* Tribe, prevent the slug conflict notice from being displayed */
function tribe_remove_slug_conflict_notice ( ) {if ( ! function_exists( 'tribe_notice' ) ) return;
tribe_notice( 'archive-slug-conflict', '__return_null' );
}
add_action( 'admin_init', 'tribe_remove_slug_conflict_notice' );
Please let me know if that works for you,

MemberBuen trabajo Fernando 🙂

MemberThanks for the follow-up Bradley 🙂
Good work spotting the typo in POSTYPE, changing that to POSTTYPE seem to be the way to go. With that change the code is working as expected in my local site.
Can you please try to paste the code in a plain text editor and then move it to the plugin once again? Sometimes copying code directly from the forums can lead to these type of errors. I also tried to reproduce this in my local test site but was able to edit an events meta and title fields, so not sure about it.
In case this is still an issue after doing what I suggested above please send me a screenshot of the settings you are editing that bring up the error and which line from the code is plugins/the-events-calendar-date-in-title/the-events-calendar-date-in-title.php:29.

MemberThanks for following up Joseph…
I cannot send you a url to an event without an organizer…
I was referring to the Facebook Event URL from which the organizer is not getting imported. Sorry for the confusion here.
3. Since updating to latest version of Events Calendar, the Aggregator has placed my events imported prior to Aggregator in “tribe-ignored” and need to be “restored” individually as there is no bulk restore option.
I tried to reproduce this locally but all the previosly imported events were still published. Do you think a snippet to restore all events from “tribe-ignored” will help? Also do you notice something particular with the events moved to ignored, or did all imported events got “ignored” ?
Thanks,
NicoNico
MemberThanks for clarifying Rodrigo!
Unfortunately scheduled nor URL imports are not available for CSV imports. Let me touch base with the dev team to see if this is possible via a snippet!
I’ll send you a heads-up as soon as I get a reply from devs,
