MemberHi there Ellen,
Thanks for getting in touch with us and for your interest in Event Aggregator ๐
Is it with the Event Aggregator possible to import the events from multiple fb-accounts (owned and not owned by me)?
Yes, you totally can!
You only need one Facebook App Account setup to do all that importing. You do not need an account for each page you would like to import events from
This seems a bit outdated. In the past you needed to create a Facebook App to perform the imports, but that’s not necessary anymore.
If you want to know more about how to setup an import, take a look at this article โ Event Aggregator: Importing Events from a Feed or URL.
Please let me know if there’s any other doubt I can help you with,

MemberThanks for clarifying Tom!
I’ll take a look at this tomorrow and see if there’s an easy way to get these things working as you need. Although I cannot promise anything as the support we provide on customizations is quite limited. But I’ll give this a try and see, maybe it’s easy to get this done!

MemberHey,
I wanted to share the news that a fix has finally arrived for this issue with switching views and plain permalinks.
Just update The Events Calendar to version 4.3.4, and go to WP-Admin > Events > Settings > Display > Save Changes. That should fix the issue!
Please let us know if it works for you,

MemberHi there William,
Thanks for getting in touch with us! I can help you on this one ๐
The events should be shown as upcoming until the ‘end date / time’ has passed. If you want I can craft a snippet to change that a bit, and make them stay in the upcoming list for the rest of the day. Do you think that will help? Also, are you seeing things differently?
Please let me know about it,
Best,
NicoNico
MemberHi there Douglas,
Thanks for getting in touch with us and sorry to hear about this post-update issues you mention ๐
Recently (after latest update to both WordPress core and Events Calendar/Tickets pro) we are no longer able to create a ticket in an event.
Thanks for the report! I just tried creating a new ticket with the same WordPress + plugin versions (latest of everything basically), and everything is working as expected. Do you think you can follow the steps described in our Testing for conflicts guide? This way we can see if this is a problem in our plugin or a conflict with the theme or other installed plugins.
Regarding the second issue you mention, I’m not quite sure about it. Also not sure if it might be related or not. Are you seeing any JS errors in the browser console (Using your browser to diagnose JavaScript errores)?
Thanks,

MemberHey Abby,
Thanks for the patience while we worked on the fix for the issue you reported.
If you update the plugins to the latest version (4.3.4) you should see this fixed. I’ll re-open this thread so you can give us a confirmation ๐
Thanks once again for reporting this!

MemberHey folks,
Another heads-up on this issue! We gave this another round of QA but we couldn’t still reproduce it so we decided to decline the bug ticket.
I’ve asked the original poster to please confirm this was still and issue but didn’t get a reply from him ๐
Iโll go ahead and close out this thread, but if any of you are still seeing this please open up a new thread including a link to this one.
Thanks,
Nico -
