ParticipantWhen I bought The Event Calendar Pro there was an option for an automatic import from the Facebook. Now this option is included in a new Event Aggregator and I have to paid again for the function I have already paid!
Did I miss something?Leszek

MemberHi there Leszek,
Thanks for getting in touch with us! Let me clarify a recent change in our products structure we recently introduced 🙂
When I bought The Event Calendar Pro there was an option for an automatic import from the Facebook.
There’s a confusion here, Events Calendar PRO never included the Facebook import functionality. Also I don’t see you have purchased it in the past (at least with this account). I do see you bought Facebook Importer, which as the name states has the said functionality.
Now this option is included in a new Event Aggregator and I have to paid again for the function I have already paid!
We have made a recent changes in our products to better serve our customers. Facebook Importer & iCal Importer, which were separate plugins are now merged into Event Aggregator which also allows imports from MeetUp and comes packed with a unified UI for all imports and some cool new features and enhancements. All ‘legacy importers’ license holder were granted a free Event Aggregator license so there’s no need to make any new purchases. Take a look at this guide → Moving to Event Aggregator.
Please let me know if you still have questions on this,

Participanthi Nico,
Thank you so much! I am sorry for creating confusion:)
I’ve updated licences and I’ve followed the instructions in the post. However every time I try to connect Facebook to Event Aggregator I am getting a 404 error (the page you are looking for cannot be found)
Could you help?

MemberYou are welcome Leszek! It surely can be confusing if you are not following our blog posts / social ntworks, so don’t worry about it!

Sure, I can help. Can you please send me the URL giving you the 404? I don’t think I’ve heard of this before, so let’s do some troubleshooting and see what’s going on.

MemberThanks for sending that over! I wasn’t able to reproduce the issue and I’m also not seeing any other reports of customers having this issue so I’m not sure about it.
If you copy/paste the URL in the address bar of the site it still gives you a 404? If that’s the case, Can you please follow the steps described in our Testing for conflicts guide? This way we can see if this is a problem in our plugin or a conflict with the theme or other installed plugins.
Thanks,

ParticipantNico, I’ve tried all things the article has suggested and I am still getting the same issue, I cannot import from facebook.
Could you please have a look again? Have you tried to connect facebook page to the plugin?I’ve attached the file with the page I am getting after the screen ”Connect Facebook to Event Aggregator”
I have also tried disconnecting CloudFlare but no success.
Thanks
Leszek
