Thanks for posting the translations! I was able to download the PRO translation, but the other one was password protected. Can you post it publicly or give me the password so that I can download that too and test them together?

Thanks for bringing this issue to our attention. I was able to recreate the same problem on my test site. Our developer in charge of translations is not available right now, but I will discuss this issue with her tomorrow. Hopefully we’ll be able to come up with a fix to include in the next release. In the meantime, you might want to use a plugin like Say What? to translate that one string separately.

I’m sorry I missed your post. At this point Filter Bar is not able to use Additional Fields. We are planning to add that functionality, but it’s not built in yet. I’m sorry if that means you are not able to use the plugin. In that case we can give you a refund- please email support @ theeventscalendar.com and include your purchase receipt.

Thank you for helping out with the translations. Can you upload the files so that I can download and test them? Please note that I need translations for both The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO in order to add your translations to the plugin.
To resolve the issue you mentioned, try refreshing your permalinks. Usually that will fix the problem 🙂

Thank you for volunteering to help out! We really appreciate it. The translation for The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO could be updated, but it’s still relatively recent.
However, our Dutch translations for Community Events, Facebook Events, Filter Bar, and WooCommerce Tickets are pretty outdated. It would be great to have you update those for us.

At this time there is no Russian translation for any of our ticketing plugins. You can see the current translations in our Available Translations list. I’m sorry we don’t have what you need right now, but hopefully someone will make a translation for it in the future.

Thanks for sending me the files so I could take a look:
1. I used your translation files and those strings are translated properly for me. Are you sure you have the proper zh_TW WordPress files in place? That could be effecting it.
2. These strings are also working for me (screenshot). I think there must be something particular to your site causing those strings not to translate properly. I’m sorry I can’t be of more help with that. You might try looking for a plugin or theme conflict.
