    Hi Massoud,

    I’m sorry you’re having trouble with the translations. Can you please upload your translation files so I can take a look at them? That would be helpful for me in troubleshooting the issues.

    Hi Massoud,

    Thanks for sending me the files so I could take a look:

    1. I used your translation files and those strings are translated properly for me. Are you sure you have the proper zh_TW WordPress files in place? That could be effecting it.

    2. These strings are also working for me (screenshot). I think there must be something particular to your site causing those strings not to translate properly. I’m sorry I can’t be of more help with that. You might try looking for a plugin or theme conflict.
