MemberHi Nicholas,
Thanks for your support and your interest in Tickets: Woocommerce. There is not a built in feature that allows what you’re describing, although it may be possible with some customizing. I know that some Events Calendar PRO users have done member only sites, but I’m not familiar with anyone doing exactly what you describe.
It may also be possible to do something like that with a WooCommerce add-on, although a quick search didn’t yield anything- you might want to get in touch with their support team to see if they have an idea.
Hopefully that will at least somewhat answer your question. I’d be happy to have a coworker who is more familiar with WooTickets customizing shed some light on the subject too when he has a chance.

MemberThanks for getting in touch Brian. You don’t technically need to have a license key on each site, as long as you have one on the main site. That will give you access to support and updates. However, without a license key on the other sites you will likely need to manually download and install updates for those sites. Honestly, I’m not sure if the network activation will make a difference there or not. If manually updating would be problematic for you, then you’d want to buy a larger license package. Does that answer your question?

MemberHi Rachel,
Thanks for getting in touch. I recommend that you check out our free core plugin, The Events Calendar. That will let you get a feel of our product. If you’d like to see some of our premium add-ons in action, including Events Calendar PRO, you can find our demo site here.
If you have any questions about specific functionalities, feel free to ask here.

MemberHi opcfw,
Thanks for clarifying. No, that is not a feature we have in any version. However, if you’re up for a little customizing you can probably build a page like that. We might even be able to provide a little support 🙂
One option you might try is to make a new template in your theme that is a copy of page.php. But you could customize the loop to list organizers or venues instead of posts, and call it to your site with a stub page.
If you need some help, feel free to start a new thread and we’ll help out.
Cheers,

MemberHi there opcfw,
With Events Calendar PRO 3.0, there is both a Venue View and Organizer View. They show the relevant information about the organizer or venue, a map or featured image, and a list of all the upcoming events for that venue or organizer. The views are created automatically for each venue or organizer that is used. You can control them on the backend under Events –> Organizers and Events –> Venues. You can also access the pages from the front end by clicking the venue or organizer names on a single event page. Is that what you’re looking for?
Thanks,

MemberHi Andreas,
You do not need to buy another license for a dev site. We’ve got a little mini tutorial about how to use one key for both sites here. If you have any questions, feel free to post another thread and we can help out.

MemberHi newmandi,
Thanks for getting in touch. If you’d like, you can purchase the plugin and then email us (pro at tri.be) and we’ll give you the 2.0.11 version to use until you’re ready to upgrade. But please keep in mind that you’ll need to use the outdated version of WooTickets, 1.0.1. The newer version will not work without Events 3.0. So if you are counting on the new WooTickets 3.0 features, like the emailed tickets instead of .PDF ticket), then you’ll need to be using Events 3.0 as well. Also, we cannot provide much support on outdated plugin versions, aside from helping you upgrade to the current build. Does that answer your question?

MemberFor sure- we’ll be adding this as a setting, so it will be nice and simple to change with no coding needed.

MemberHi reganshepherd,
Sorry about that. We don’t actually have a company address or phone number, since we are a distributed company composed of freelancers. The receipt Neil referenced is the closest thing we can provide in terms of an invoice. If you need to get in touch with us about something, you can email us at pro (at) tri.be.

MemberHi artifaktcom,
Thanks for your note. Have you tried resetting and resaving your permalinks? Often that can resolve a lot of post-upgrade issues, particularly with links. If that doesn’t work, let us know and we’ll delve in further.
Thanks,
LeahLeah
MemberHey Laura,
Our apologies again. We’re hoping to get this fixed asap. Thank you for your patience!
