ParticipantHey!
Thanks for following up and providing this additional information and screenshots!
As an initial step, would you mind changing the Events Template setting there from “Full Width” to the “Default Events Template” to see if that addresses the general issue here.
Thanks!
Josh
ParticipantHey Stephen,
Thanks for following up here.
I don’t believe all the events from a Facebook Group can be imported the same was as they are from Facebook Pages.
However, you should be able to add the event ID and import the events directly that way on the Facebook tab of the imports section.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!
Josh
ParticipantHey Sean,
Thanks for following up on this one. That definitely sounds like a legitimate note.
The feature has worked in previous releases and I believe a decision to limit some of the custom post types was what caused the current issues. We are working to address this one and you’ll also be notified here as we make progress on releasing an update here.
Thanks!

ParticipantHey Geoffrey,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
Out of curiosity, is this happening for all tickets or potentially is this only occurring for tickets created when you were using WooCommerce tickets?
Additionally, can you verify that you have followed the Testing for Conflicts procedures to ensure there isn’t a conflict with an existing plugin or theme?
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!

ParticipantHey Fraser,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
I took a look at your site and it appears that there is a javascript error on the page associated with a scroll to top type of function. If you resolve that particular issue there, does the map show up on the single view again?
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!

To make sure I’m understanding correctly, is the import from Facebook creating multiple organizers from the same page that your importing from?
Or are these organizers previously created within WordPress that happen to match the organizers from the Facebook events. When Facebook imports its creating a new entry that is identical to an existing organizer?
Thanks!

After changing that setting, try going to the Settings > Permalinks section of your WordPress dashboard and re-saving the permalinks there. Then try visiting the page for your Community Events form to see if that helps.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!

ParticipantHey Casey,
Unfortunately there is no specific ETA at this time.
We are currently working on an iCal focused maintenance release that should address the majority of the current issues. You’ll be notified here when that is getting ready for release.
Thanks!

Can you give me a little more detail about the configuration of the events page within your theme and plugin settings? It doesn’t appear to be outputting the default calendar list view there and appears to possibly be a custom loop?
A couple of questions that will help:
- Is this “/events” slug set as the calendar slug within our Event Settings > General tab?
- What is the events template selected within the Event Settings > Display dropdown?
- Do you have a “tribe-events” folder within your currently active theme that has a template override applied here?
Thanks!
Josh
ParticipantHey Dan,

You’re expectation for the widget is correct. I just tested on my local install with the latest version of the plugin and WordPress and was able to get the expected behavior.
As an initial step, have you tried following the Testing for Conflicts procedures to ensure there isn’t a conflict with an existing plugin or theme. There could potentially be a template override for the widget within your theme (in a “tribe-events”) folder that could be ignoring the filters. Additionally, there could be an additional filter somewhere that is modifying the query for tribe-events which is overriding the setting there. If so, following the procedures will help to narrow in on where a potential conflict could be.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!

Sure thing! To start, ensure that you have a Facebook page added to the Events > Import > Import Settings tab. Once added and updated, you can switch over to the Facebook tab there and you should see a list of the events for that page available as checkboxes for a manual importing of events.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!
April 19, 2016 at 6:11 am in reply to: Can the latest update by done by WP Update Now option? #1104177Josh
ParticipantHey Mike,
Sorry for my confusion there.
You should be good to do the automatic updates now. There was an issue with a previous update where the folder names changed on update causing the plugins to become deactivated.
They have been changed back to their appropriate folder names. However, if your folder names have the different names from the 4.0 automatic update, the plugins may become deactivated again. If so, you’ll just need to reactivate after updating and everything should continue working as expected.
Thanks!

No problem.
I’ll go ahead and close this thread for now. If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to open a new one.

ParticipantHey Nicky,
I apologize for the continued issue here.
We are a bit limited in the support we are able to provide here with the theme conflict that isn’t directly in conflict with our plugin’s code but with the iframe and the code output there.
However, to help get you pointed in a good direction, the first place I would look here would be in the javascript files. There could potentially be something there that is intended for another embed that modifies the output after page load.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!

If the “list-widget.php” is only working when you place it at “tribe-events/widgets” within your theme it sounds like you’re utilizing the list widget available within the free version within your widgets screen and it is now trying to pull the template for the advanced version available within the PRO version of the plugin.
As a first step here, can you verify that you’ve got the PRO plugin activated on your plugins page?
Thanks!
