    Hi,

I’ve read this thread and taken the following steps:

    • pasted the iframe into a regular post page & it does work there
    • tested for plugin conflicts by turning off all other plugins other than The Events Calendar & Eventbrite Tickets, the problem still persists
    • checked for Javascript errors – none
    • enabled twenty fifteen theme – this resolves the issue

Not sure what to do next, can you help?

    Thanks,
    Nicky

    Hey Nicky,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

For the embed on the event page, are you using some custom code to modify the output there? If so, would you mind sharing a snippet of that particular code?

Additionally, take a search through your theme files and see if they have any default modifications within a “tribe-events” folder or any modifications to iframes added anywhere within the theme.

Let me know if you find anything there.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

Many thanks for your speedy reply.

On this page it’s just an embed:
    http://www.manchesterguidedtours.com/events/discover-manchester-walk/

But on this page all event content is being pulled in by Eventbrite Tickets plugin:
    http://www.manchesterguidedtours.com/events/manchester-town-hall-tour-9/

The problem occurs on both types of page and there isn’t any custom code modifying the output.

I’ve been in touch with WPZoom about the theme & they say they don’t support 3rd party plugins, so no help there.

There is a folder called tribe-events in the theme folder but disabling it makes no difference to the issue. There are many references to iframes but nothing obviously wrong, do you know what sort of syntax I should be looking for?

    Many thanks,
    Nicky

    Hey Nicky,

I apologize for the continued issue here.

We are a bit limited in the support we are able to provide here with the theme conflict that isn’t directly in conflict with our plugin’s code but with the iframe and the code output there.

However, to help get you pointed in a good direction, the first place I would look here would be in the javascript files. There could potentially be something there that is intended for another embed that modifies the output after page load.

Let me know if this helps.

    Thanks!
