ParticipantHello, we are experiencing an issue where event tickets when added to the cart are $0 until you click “Update Cart”. We’re using Event Tickets Plus and Woocommerce Tickets has already been deactivated. The license is activated as well. Are we missing a step in migrating to Event Tickets Plus? I don’t see any console errors when inspecting the event page or cart.

ParticipantHey Geoffrey,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
Out of curiosity, is this happening for all tickets or potentially is this only occurring for tickets created when you were using WooCommerce tickets?
Additionally, can you verify that you have followed the Testing for Conflicts procedures to ensure there isn’t a conflict with an existing plugin or theme?
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!

ParticipantAll the tickets were created with the new ticket plugin, not WooCommerce Tickets. We’ve tried activating Twentyfifteen theme but the issue persists. It looks like the conflict is with “WooCommerce – Name your own price”. I’ve deactivated all plugins and reactivated each one individually and this one is the only one I can find that doesn’t allow the price to follow through to the cart. Are there any alternatives to use that will allow a name your price option?

ParticipantHey,
Thanks for following up and trying the conflict tests.
I have seen issue with “Name your price” type plugins in the past. Traditionally the conflict occurs with trying to name the price for tickets and that not getting passed through. However, this is the first time I’ve personally seen the issue where tickets that weren’t utilizing the feature were experiencing the same issue.
You could try WooCommerce’s official version of the plugin https://www.woothemes.com/products/name-your-price/ to see if that helps but I’m not 100% sure they would be completely compatible.
Thanks!
