ParticipantHello sergioral,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
I checked out your site and noticed the issue you’re describing after selecting some different filters. It appears to only be occurring with the photo view. This is definitely a strange issue to be having. As an initial step, can you verify that you’ve followed the Testing for Conflicts procedures to see if this is a potential conflict with an existing theme or plugin?
One idea could be that a plugin or your theme is also utilizing Isotope.js which is used for the photo layout. Some global settings for arrangement could be overriding the existing order defined by the plugin.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!

As an initial step, have you tried the option within the plugin setting to include the events within your main blog loop https://cloudup.com/cwes5x9mBA1?
If that doesn’t work, it is most likely due to your theme using custom page templates to create the blog pages. If this is the case, you’ll need to do a little customization to your theme to include the events posts within the loop of your blog. To do this, find where the arguments for the custom query are being defined within the template and change the argument for the “post_type”. The updated argument for this should look like:
'post_type' => array( 'post', 'tribe_events' )Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!

ParticipantHello btellock,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
Just to clarify and make sure I’m understanding your question, you followed the code suggestion supplied in this thread from Geoff and everything worked fine. After adding the code from this gist, the updated template no longer has function pagination?
Thanks!

ParticipantHey!
Thanks for reaching out to us!
For the first question regarding pre-sales for members, this isn’t something that is built into the plugin, however with a little bit of customization using our Themer’s Guide, you would be able to add the necessary code to allow for this functionality.
For the second question, the simplest approach would be to use our Themer’s Guide again and modify the ticket email that is sent to the user upon purchase. Within that email, you can add the links to download the necessary coarse materials for the event. In order to make this different for each event, you would need to include some custom development to associate the specific information for each event and then call that information within the template email.
So, neither of the features you’ve described are built-in with the plugins, however they can be accomplished with a little bit of custom development.
Let me know if this helps. If you have any further questions please don’t hesitate to ask.
Thanks!

I checked out the site and noticed the issue that you are describing. It looks like this functionality isn’t something that is controlled by our plugin. It’s possibly a feature supplied by a third-party plugin or something built into the theme?
However, you could check to see if there is an option of doing the filter with AJAX and modifying the URL for each of those filters. Not sure if this is possible with the way the feature is currently developed but that would be where I would look to start.
I’m sorry I wasn’t able to give you a direct response however I hope this was able to point you in the right direction.
Thanks!

This definitely looks like a strange issue to be having and I apologize for the inconvenience. As an initial step, can you verify that you’ve completed the Testing for Conflicts procedures to ensure the root isn’t a theme or plugin conflict?
Let me know how that goes.
Thanks!

ParticipantHello hotcity,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
I apologize for the issues you are facing using our plugin. It looks like your WordPress install is an English install and the translations are being managed by a third-party plugin such as WPML?
Unfortunately there are some compatibility issues between our plugin and translation plugins such as WPML. This is something that is on our radar and is very important for us to work on addressing in 2015. However, due to the nature of the plugins, the solution will most likely be a significant rewrite of large portions of our plugin which means there isn’t much of solution we can provide in the meantime to patch the issues.
I apologize for any inconveniences this issue has caused. If you would like, you can vote for the feature on our UserVoice page and get updated on progress when the issues are able to be addressed.
Thanks!

ParticipantHello michael,
Thanks for following up with us! This is strange, I’m still unable to replicate the issue locally with a clean install and the latest versions of the plugin. Which default theme were you able to test with where the search issue persisted?
Thanks!
