ParticipantHey Christina,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
This is definitely a strange issue to be having. Would you mind providing a little more information about how those sections are added to the site? I see you’ve got pretty permalinks set for the site, however those pages aren’t respecting that set up. Are these Custom Post Types created within the theme?
Thanks1
Josh
ParticipantHey Hayley,

Unfortunately there isn’t an RSS import option at this time. We do have a CSV importer that you could use in conjunction with a tool that converts RSS to CSV.
We also have the iCal importer that will allow you to sync with a .ics file. If your site has that as an option, it could work for what you’re trying to accomplish.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!

ParticipantHey Graham,

When purchasing, you have the right to use the License Key on a certain number of sites depending on the number of licenses that you have purchased. It looks like you’ve currently purchased a single license that allows for the license key to be activated on a single site.
To check where that key is currently used, check out https://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys/ and see the site associated with that key. If it isn’t the one that you would like to update, disable the active install at the link above and then you’ll be able to use your license key on the site that you would like updated.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!

ParticipantHey,

Unfortunately I don’t believe there is a straightforward way to accomplish this automatically. You could import the events manually if you can create a CSV file from the Outlook events.
Thanks!

ParticipantHey,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
I took a look at your site and found an event with the ticket structure that you described (https://cloudup.com/c5ofCvGntXU) with all tickets showing. Would you mind linking me to an event that has the issue you’re describing?
Thanks!
Josh
ParticipantHey,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
I took a look at the site and it appears when looking at the markup, the events are actually being output in the right order. It looks like the javascript that allows for each event to show up in the proper location based on it’s size is causing some of the events to be moved since they are a better fit for that stacked type of layout.
I created an internal ticket for tracking this issue. You’ll be notified here as we make progress on this one.
I apologize for any inconvenience.
Thanks!

Unfortunately there isn’t a straightforward way to accomplish this with the built in search features. The additional field values that you’re able to set within the Pro plugin get saved as regular custom meta. So, you could potentially use something like the SearchWP to search for the additional fields. You would possibly need to replace the search field on the template for the SearchWP search form if that is required by that plugin.
I’m sorry I wasn’t able to give you a more direct response but hopefully this can help to get you pointed in a good direction.
Thanks!

ParticipantHey Jay,

As an initial step, can you verify that you’ve followed the Testing for Conflicts to ensure there isn’t a conflict or configuration issue at play here?
Thanks!

ParticipantHey John,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
It looks like there is a fatal PHP error on that page that doesn’t really give us too much specific information about what is going on exactly on the page.
I did a bit of research and was curious if you’re currently using W3 Total Cache plugin? If so, try disabling any minification settings in there and see if that addresses the issue here.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!

Unfortunately this isn’t something that is currently available within the current plugin. We do have some exciting things in the queue in regards to this though that we’re hoping to see get released in our near upcoming releases.
I apologize for any inconvenience.
Thanks!

ParticipantHey Joseph,
No problem! Happy to help.
For your additional questions, you can accomplish both by following our Themer’s Guide and copying the “single-event.php” file from the core plugin and into a “tribe-events” folder within your theme:
- You can find the “tribe_event_featured_image” function on that page and see that it is currently pulling the “full” image. You can replace that “full” with any other pre-defined image sizes set by WordPress or your theme.
- You can remove the entire “tribe-events-back” block from the template to get rid of that link.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!
