    Hey Michael,

Thanks for adding that additional information here! I’m sure it will be helpful for others coming to this thread before the next patch for this issue is released.

    Thanks!

    Hey Madison,

The Event Aggregator would be the closest solution that I would suggest here. You can configure the default iCal feeds from each site to have a recurring import from one to the other.

There are other options but they would involve much more customization that we wouldn’t be able to provide support for here in our forums.

Let me know if this helps

    Thanks!

    Hey Allison,

You can use the “add_post_meta()” function to add the meta or you could also add it directly to the database if you’re comfortable working with a tool such as phpMyAdmin with your hosting provider.

Let me know if this helps.

    Thanks!

    Hey Hassan,

    Thanks for following up here!

For the different languages, our plugins are fully translatable. For more information about using the different languages available within our plugin (or to learn how to submit modifications to an existing, supported language) check out our knowledgebase item here https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/changing-the-language-on-your-calendar/.

    Hey Ann,

I’ll definitely pass this feedback along to our team in regards to the features on the current Event Aggregator.

For the legacy importer though, has the issue persisted or was this a temporary issue possibly caused by a service delay there?

    Thanks!

    Hey Coleman,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

On line #21 of your snippets, you can add a “post_type” argument there that would take an array of both “posts” and “tribe_events”. You can see an example of that here https://codex.wordpress.org/Class_Reference/WP_Query#Type_Parameters

    Thanks!

    Hey Madison,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

Sure thing! When purchasing a license, you’ll get access to a personal account here on our site. While reviewing your licenses there, you’ll have the ability to upgrade your license anytime that you like at a discounted rate that takes your current purchases into consideration.

For the syncing, can you give a little more description about what you’re looking for there? We do have the Event Aggregator that you could use to do a scheduled import from one site to another if that’s what you’re looking for here.

    Thanks!

    Hey Hassan,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

We do generally have RTL support for our plugins. The best thing to do here to check this out is to download our free, core plugin from WordPress.org and test it out on your site.

Our PRO plugin does have an “Additional Fields” feature that does allow you to build out additional options for collecting information when creating an event. If you need a more exhaustive set of options there though, I would recommend using that in conjunction with a plugin such as Advanced Custom Fields which we could then help in giving you guidance on getting started with adding those to your templates.

For the user permissions, I’m not sure what you’re looking for specifically there, however I do know that many users use plugins such as https://wordpress.org/plugins/advanced-access-manager/ to accomplish a wide variety of access control customizations.

    Thanks!

    Hey Allison,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

To clarify one thing to start here, we don’t currently provide full support for tickets on the recurring events feature. When creating tickets for recurring events, there will be a single pool of tickets that apply to all events within the series. Each event in the series wouldn’t have its own set of tickets and associated inventory.

But, to help in addressing this current question, there are a couple of directions you could pursue.

You can connect a previously created product as a ticket to an event. This connection is made by adding a piece of custom meta to the WooCommerce product that attaches it to the event. To do this, you can add a meta_key of “_tribe_wooticket_for_event” for the product and assign the ID of the event as the meta_value. Here is a screenshot of the meta on a ticket in my local install https://cloudup.com/cy6Y62qvvfb.

Let me know if that works for the plugin approach that you’re wanting to use. If not, we can dig into some of the other options you could pursue here.

    Thanks!

    Hey Hans,

Take a look at this snippet and see if it helps you out here:

    https://gist.github.com/BeardedGinger/69a6078078164ca01514ddb0c15073e0

You can add that to your child theme’s functions.php file or use a plugin such as https://wordpress.org/plugins/code-snippets/

    Thanks!

    Hey Shannon,

Thanks for following up here! I’m glad that worked for you in this case.

I agree though that there does appear to be, at the very least, a usability issue there and have opened up a thread with our team to look into this one a bit further.

I’ve added this thread to our internal ticket for tracking this issue and you’ll be notified here as we make progress on this one. Let me know if this helps.

    Thanks!

    Hey Jennifer,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

Do you have an account here that you can access our premium forums here with? You would have created the account when you purchased the plugins that you’re using. This will allow you to access our support forums since we are unable to provide plugin support here in our Pre-Sales Forums.

However, to help get you pointed in the right direction here, we do suggest that you start by ensuring that all of our plugins as well as your WordPress installation are updated to the latest versions. following our Testing for Conflicts procedures to see if there is a conflict with your existing theme or another set of plugins.

After you can try following our Testing for Conflicts procedures to see if there is a conflict with your existing theme or another set of plugins.

    Thanks!
