ParticipantHi Cynthia,
The plugin author hooked into our options interface to add it as a tab to make it’s setting panel more seamless. Sorry if this was confusing for you. I’m glad it’s working for you now. Let us know if you need help with anything else.
Thanks,
JonahJonah
ParticipantHi janpp,
Excellent to hear you figured this out! Let us know if you need help with anything else.

ParticipantHi Brian,
Have you tried increasing the PHP/WordPress memory on the server? You can do so with one of the following methods: http://www.dailyblogging.org/wordpress/increase-wordpress-memory-limit/ – sometimes not enough memory can be a culprit of the issue you are seeing. If that doesn’t help, try turning WP_DEBUG on in your wp-config.php file and see what errors appear.

ParticipantSounds good Adam, sorry I couldn’t get this resolved for you.

ParticipantHi jasongrasshopper,
This could be an issue either with your theme or with another plugin conflicting with ours. Please try deactivating all other plugins to see if that remedies the issue. If not, try reverting to the default WordPress theme to see if that helps. Let’s try to narrow this down that way first. Let me know how that goes.
Thanks,

ParticipantHi Karen,
You can run two copies of PRO, you just can’t have both registered with the same license which prevents you from running auto updates. But everything else will work. My suggestion would be use the registered copy in the test site so you can auto update there, test things as needed, and push your changes when done.
As for the error message you’re seeing, I would suggest manually reinstalling both plugins if you’re still getting that error. You can download a copy of PRO above from the Account Central > Downloads menu.
I hope that helps but let me know if you have any questions.

ParticipantHi Adam,
Ok I see it now but I’m still not experiencing this on my end with both plugins activated. Have you tried deactivating all other plugins to see if some other plugin is causing problems here?

ParticipantHi tabitagreen,
I’m not aware of there being any unclosed div’s from our plugin and I doubt that there are. My guess is there’s an unclosed div from something else and I would begin to be able to know where that is. You’ll need to dig through the code and figure it out.

ParticipantHi Brian,
Thanks for posting that. Yes with some theme’s the other page templates will not work and you need to use the Default Events Template. This is why we have this option, as a default to work with most any theme and also as a fallback where other theme templates will not work.

ParticipantHi opcfw,
I have worked with P2P a bunch and it’s great. I would suggest that over subposts but subposts is going to be easier to config if you are not too technically savvy. P2P requires a bit more technical expertise. Good luck!

ParticipantI’m glad to hear that worked mizzymac! I’m closing this out but please let us know if you need help with anything else.

ParticipantHi flamsteedas,
Sounds good on #1. On #2, please try deactivating all other plugins to see if there’s another plugin conflicting with ours causing this.
Thanks,
JonahJonah
ParticipantSo is it just WooCommerce that causing the issue for you? It’s not clear to me with the scenario you described above.

Participant@technicallysimple – sounds good. Sorry I didn’t have a chance to take a look at things yesterday.
@photodb – unfortunately this is something you will need to work out on your own. You’re going to need to try switching templates under Events > Settings > Display, maybe try changing the “Default stylesheet used for events templates” option too, or you’ll need to go into the templates themselves and modify things so you get the look you want. You may need to hire someone to help you with this. Good luck! -
