Participantok, Since I cannot have two copies running of Pro, I thought I would update at least the Free version on my testsite. Here is the error message:
Warning:require_once(blah……plugins/the-events-calendar/public/template-tags/calendar.php)[function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /blah….plugins/the-events/calendar/lib/the-events-calendar.class.php on line 164I do not see this file in the package at all. there is no calendar.php. I am not a coder, so maybe I am reading this wrong. thanks!

ParticipantHi Karen,
You can run two copies of PRO, you just can’t have both registered with the same license which prevents you from running auto updates. But everything else will work. My suggestion would be use the registered copy in the test site so you can auto update there, test things as needed, and push your changes when done.
As for the error message you’re seeing, I would suggest manually reinstalling both plugins if you’re still getting that error. You can download a copy of PRO above from the Account Central > Downloads menu.
I hope that helps but let me know if you have any questions.

ParticipantJonah, Hi.. it looks like it is looking for a Calendar.php which does not exist. if I reinstall, it will still not exist.

Participantok, so I uninstalled everything and started from scratch. that all seemed to work, except I have an error in the community events, which I will post separately. thanks. I still have to find my css styles, however I kinda like the default ones for a change.

ParticipantSounds good Karen, we’ll get your Community Events issue sorted out separately. I’m closing this thread since it looks like you are all set here now.
Thanks,
