    Hi freshmint,

    Ok, I’m going to need to escalate this because I’m not sure what else to check here. Please stay tuned for an update shortly.

    Thanks,

    Hi duvaldemocrats,

    Is this happening on all recurring events or only some? Have you tried changing your timezone setting to either a UTC or non-UTC time?

    Hi Nicholas,

    I’m not sure I fully understand what you’re wanting to do. Are you just wanting to disable updates altogether?

    Hi Susan,

    You will need to target the widget titles in your CSS a little more specifically like:

    .tribe-events-adv-list-widget .entry-title {
    font-size: 14px;
    }

    You could add that to your theme’s style.css file. I’m not certain that will fix things for you because your specific CSS might need to be different but hopefully that points you in the right direction.

    @Daniella
    – I’m not sure what you mean by the format has changed in your footer… Can you please provide some more detail?

    Thanks,

    Hi ubiquedesign,

    I’m not seeing this on my end. Can you please try deactivating all other plugins and/or switching to the default WordPress theme to see if that changes anything. If that doesn’t help, please try clearing your permalinks by visiting Settings > Permalinks. If that doesn’t work either, then please try changing your timezone setting to a UTC or non UTC time. Let me know how that goes.

    Thanks,
    Jonah

    Hi Jesse,

    You should be able to relatively easily remove this by making a copy of /wp-content/plugins/events-calendar-pro/views/widgets/mini-calendar-widget.php and placing in a ‘tribe-events/widgets’ folder. Then, just comment out or remove line 29. That should do it. Let me know how that goes.

    Hi Jennifer,

    What exactly is the issue or conflict here? Is is that the popups show a Not Found error?

    Hi Cynthia,

    We do have a ticket out to get this fixed in a future version but as of now do not have a solution. Please be patient while we work out a fix.

    Thanks,

    Hi Bernhard,

    We’ve got a ticket out to get this fixed and I’ve just made note of your particular version of this issue. Thanks for bringing it to our attention and we’ll be sure to get this included in the fix.

    Great, glad that works for you!

    On the tagging issue, where are you clicking on these tags from?

    Hi Beth,

    We are currently on version 3.0.3 of the PRO plugin so if you are not running this, then please do update either via auto update or manually. What theme are you using?

    Hi utahfilmcenter,

    Some things did change with being able to run custom queries for events so this is likely the issue here. You will need to find where this query is setup in your theme and add the following argument to be able to query for events:

    'eventDisplay'=>'custom'

    I hope that helps but let me know if you have any questions.

    Hi Kathleen,

    Have you tried deactivating all other plugins to see if our plugin is conflicting with any others? It could be with the new 3.0 version that it is conflicting in a different way…

    Thanks,
    Jonah
