ParticipantHi Marc,
Ok I see it now. I’ve logged this as a ticket and we’ll get to it ASAP. For now I suggest just not using tags with spaces in them.

ParticipantHi marisawriter,
Ok I think this makes sense now although I’m not able to reproduce it locally. This import page that display the list of checked and non-checked events just shows you events from the page or organization you’ve input into the settings that you have the option of manually importing (if you don’t want to wait for the auto import). Like I mentioned before, the pre-checked and greyed out events are events that have already been imported some way and thus do not allow for checking again to re-import. I agree it’s slightly confusing and we could just remove the already imported events from the list instead of display them again, but this is how it is for now.
So, back to your issue… First, it doesn’t look like I’ve asked, but are you running v3.0 of the Facebook plugin? And what versions of core and/or PRO are you running? Make sure you are running the latest of everything.
Another thing to try is I’d like to have you try deactivating all other plugins if you haven’t already done this to make sure there is no conflict there. See if that works.
Let’s start there. Please let me know how that goes.
Thanks,
JonahJonah

ParticipantHi Cynthia,
I followed up with you here as well (https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/v3-tutorial-how-to-customize-your-rss-feed-is-it-for-version-3-and-wp-3-5-2/) but the snippets to include events in your RSS feed as instructed here (https://theeventscalendar.com/how-to-add-events-to-your-rss-feed/) should work – you just need to make sure to clear your cache. Try that and let us know whether or not it works for you.

ParticipantHi Cynthia,
We discovered that the snippets to still work, you should just need to clear your browser cache and refresh. Please try that and let us know whether or not it works for you.

ParticipantHi ellaearth,
Let’s try to keep this thread more focused on the issue at hand. If you’d like the other issues answered, please create new threads. You can still have month view enabled, you just need to have List View enabled as well because if it’s not enabled, when you go to a category the bug is the plugin counts the list widget as list view, so if list view is not enabled, it displays the 404. This will be fixed soon in a future release, probably within the next week is my guess but I can’t say for sure.

ParticipantHi Tom,
Yes, a bunch of class names and ID’s changed in 3.0. Your best bet is to use the WebKit Inspector in Chrome. Unfortunately diving into CSS styling issues is not something we can help you with. You’re going to need to keep troubleshooting but it looks like you’re on the right track. And remember to pay attention to CSS specificity! http://coding.smashingmagazine.com/2007/07/27/css-specificity-things-you-should-know/
Good luck!

ParticipantHi Kathleen,
That is a lot of events and I don’t know what the cap is, so I’m not sure what else could be causing the issue here. Yes, there are a couple plugins you can use to delete old events:
http://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar-housekeeper/Try those and let me know how that goes and whether or not you want us to look into this further.
Thanks,

ParticipantHi Rich,
Hmmm, its working ok for me using your same code. Make sure to try deactivating all other plugins to make sure no other plugin is conflicting with ours. Can you provide me with some information on the old events that are showing so I can try to recreate things on my end?
Thanks,

ParticipantHi selfdiscoveryadventures,
It looks like the right page is loading but there appears to be some other issue possibly related to you using Headway. How did you setup your main events page: http://selfdiscoveryadventures.com/adventures/ – and, what template option are you using in Events > Settings > Display?

ParticipantYou’re welcome. Unfortunately there is no global way to do it, so you’d need to track down every instance. The global find feature in Sublime Text 2 can make this process a little easier. Hopefully what I provided you will give you an idea of what else needs to be done.

ParticipantHi ellaearth, we’ve identified a bug here and this will be fixed in a future release. For now to get around this you should just need to enable List View in the Events Settings. I know this is not ideal because now it will enable list view, but it will at least get rid of the nasty error message. Can you try that and let me know if it works for you?
Thanks,
