After doing the latest updates to the events calendar pro and eventbrite tickets… i have some of my category pages that my calendars are no longer showing on.
i believe they are supposed to have the calendar view on them like this page: http://selfdiscoveryadventures.com/adventures/
see those category pages here:
in the drop down under Adventure Camps. these are supposed to have calendars on them.

http://selfdiscoveryadventures.com/adventures/category/canoeing/I have tried Leah’s suggestions here:
It may be that the categories got a little messed up with the 3.0 upgrade. There are two simple things that might fix it up. First, go to your Events –> Settings page. On the general tab, double check that your events slugs are set to adventure and adventures, as it appears from your links. Then, even if you don’t change anything, hit save. Then go to WordPress Settings –> Permalinks and resave your permalinks. Clear your browsers cache and try again to access those pages.Non of these taks fixed the issue. any ideas how this can be fixed?
July 12, 2013 at 7:07 pm #54952LeahMemberHi there,
I’m sorry we haven’t been in touch with a reply here. We’ve been inundated with support requests as more people update to 3.0, so we are a little behind our usual 24-hour window for responses. We do not do support over the weekend, but we will be in touch here with a more substantial reply as soon as possible.
In the meantime, some of these tips might be helpful:
* Double check your Plugin page for updates. We’ve just released our latest maintenance release. As of 7/12, the most current versions are The Events Calendar 3.0.1 and Events Calendar PRO 3.0.2.
* If you’re experiencing a problem with links, try resetting and resaving your permalinks.
* If the issue is with settings, try resaving your settings page- even if you haven’t changed anything.
* Having trouble with a customization done in 2.x? Be sure to check out our Themer’s Guide and documentation. You might also search the forums to see if someone else has a similar issue and has found a solution. Finally, if the problem you’re experiencing is a serious problem, you may choose to downgrade back to 2.0.11.
Thank you for your patience and support.
Best,
Leah

July 15, 2013 at 4:20 pm #55311JonahParticipantHi selfdiscoveryadventures,
Sorry to hear about the troubles here. First off, we currently have a bug that will be fixed soon where event categories will not pay attention to the default view setting and will default to the list view. You’ll need to manually append a /month to the end of your category links to get them to show the calendar view. But, it looks like something else is going on before that… What theme are you running? Have you tried changing the Event Template in Events > Settings > Display to something else? That may help.

July 15, 2013 at 8:13 pm #55343selfdiscoveryadventuresParticipantThanks for your reply Jonah,
I am using the Headway Theme 3.5.4. I tried setting the display to each that was offered separately just to see and no change.. how do i manually append a /month to the end of my category links?July 16, 2013 at 12:35 pm #55504JonahParticipantHi selfdiscoveryadventures,
Ahh, we are aware of some issues integrating our plugin with Headway and are still working on getting those sorted out.
On the category links, you would just append /month to the end of your links wherever you are setting up the links for those menu items. If you have just added the Event Categories, you will need to instead add custom links and paste in the links as needed. Does that make sense?
Regards,
– JonahJuly 16, 2013 at 4:19 pm #55580selfdiscoveryadventuresParticipantJonah, Adding the custom category links didn’t work. i added a custom link of http://selfdiscoveryadventures.com/adventures/category/adventure-camps/month/
to my nav menu and it doesn’t bring up the schedule for those events…any other ideas?July 17, 2013 at 1:58 pm #55759JonahParticipantHi selfdiscoveryadventures,
It looks like the right page is loading but there appears to be some other issue possibly related to you using Headway. How did you setup your main events page: http://selfdiscoveryadventures.com/adventures/ – and, what template option are you using in Events > Settings > Display?

August 2, 2013 at 11:11 am #58530LeahMemberHi Mark,
We are planning on looking into this further, but with the influx of support we have right now we do not really have the bandwidth to do research or hotfixes for individual themes. I apologize, and appreciate your patience and understanding.
If you need to roll back to a previous version, check out this walkthrough we’ve made. There’s a link there for all previous versions of The Events Calendar.
Thank you,
