    Hi there – I disabled live ajax but the issue persists. Geo mashup has a conflict – you can see here http://morningside-alliance.org/member-map. What do you advise? I am not able to downgrade to V2 of events calendar so easily….

    Hi Jennifer,

    What exactly is the issue or conflict here? Is is that the popups show a Not Found error?

    Hey Jonah,
    That is exactly the issue. Info window draws the blank. Unfortunately, I’m not the best person to bug test but it seems like it would be an easy fix …. maybe I can comment out the google map js from events calendar? Opinions or a fix appreciated!

    Hi Jennifer, thanks. Can you please confirm whether the Geo Mashup plugin was working before 3.0 or not?

    hi jonah,
    yes it was. f the bug is very complicated and i have to downgrade, i need a bit more detail to directions than I’ve found on site. but prefer to keep the upgrade – am enjoyinh it but stressing. need both 100%

    Hi Jennifer,

    Ok, I’m going to create a ticket for us to take a look at this. Unfortunately I cannot provide any guarantee as to when or if we will actually fix the issue. If you need this functionality sooner, I would suggest hiring someone to help you fix the incompatibility.

    Hey Jennifer. While Jonah has left the team, I wanted to let you know that we have checked this out and in what limited time we had, confirmed that there are indeed some incompatibility issues. We’re working to stabilize the plugin on our end first, but know that once we get through the current crop of bugs on our radar we’ll be shifting our focus towards integrating with popular themes + plugins. I’ve got this on the latter’s list.

    I realize that’s not a particularly immediate solution, for which I apologize. But please know this is on our radar and will be prioritized based on how much user demand we see for it. If there are any other questions that you have or problems you encounter with The Events Calendar / PRO, please do let us know.
