Both free and paid products are affected.
One of the affected sales opened, but the orders seems to have been handled just fine (the order status has changed twice from “Waiting for payment” to “Completed”, both statuses that were selected in the auto complete-order settings.
February 27, 2017 at 1:51 pm in reply to: Custom Attendee information not stored anymore since latest update #1246464BarbaraParticipantI suspect it having to do with the following feature:
Event Tickets Plus 4.4.2
Fix — Replaced WooCommerce autocomplete feature with order status based controls to regulate the generation of attendees and emails (that’s for the report @Bryan)See attached picture of my settings for the auto-complete feature. This will most likely be the cause (but it feels very illogical and might be the cause for other users experiencing this issue as well.
I will now try to enable the first checkbox to see what happens.
February 27, 2017 at 1:45 pm in reply to: Custom Attendee information not stored anymore since latest update #1246460BarbaraParticipantThe issue has started after updating to 4.4.2.
Another example added where the issue started on 11 February.
February 27, 2017 at 1:40 pm in reply to: Custom Attendee information not stored anymore since latest update #1246457BarbaraParticipantHmmm, it seems to have started a few days before the update was available :S
The issue started between 8 and 18 February, as far as I can see now. See attached picture of a list of tickets we sold for one particular event, strangely enough one of the tickets sold on 18 February did get the attendee details registered.
We have set up all our tickets to have 2 or more custom attendee fields, which are all set to be mandatory.
BarbaraParticipantIngrid,
I have the same problem! It’s occuring since the latest update…February 23, 2017 at 10:17 am in reply to: After plugin update, issues with translated /all redirecting to 404 page persist #1244716BarbaraParticipantI downloaded the new files, the error I made was uploading them in the PRO\lang-folder instead of the CORE\lang folder.
But after fixing that, the link remains /all (and works), I don’t yet see /alle in the link.February 23, 2017 at 10:13 am in reply to: After plugin update, issues with translated /all redirecting to 404 page persist #1244713BarbaraParticipantHold on, just realized a mistake.
February 23, 2017 at 10:11 am in reply to: After plugin update, issues with translated /all redirecting to 404 page persist #1244711BarbaraParticipantNico,
Tried that, but no success. The earlier translated “View All”>”Bekijk alle” was set back to ‘View All’ in the new file, clearly indicating that the new file was introduced succesfully….
The link had changed to /alle, but it resulted in a 404 page nonetheless
BarbaraParticipantHi Oliver, Dan,
I have been experiencing this as well. There is a workaround for this available, check it out: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/after-plugin-update-issues-with-translated-all-redirecting-to-404-page-persist/
February 23, 2017 at 7:50 am in reply to: After plugin update, issues with translated /all redirecting to 404 page persist #1244504BarbaraParticipantI saw a suggestion in another thread and decided to try it out. The steps I have taken are:
1) Install the Loco Translate-plugin available in WordPress Plugins
2) Activate the plugin
3) Go in your WP menu to “Loco Translate” (for me, it was located at the bottom of the menu)
4) Click on ‘The Events Calendar Pro’ under ‘Running plugins’
5) Click on your desired language
6) Search for the /all-translation in your language, so “alle” in my case.
7) Select it and go to the bottom of the page. It says “Dutch translation:”. Select it, and change it to “all” instead of “alle” (in my case)
8) Click on the blue Save-button
9) Go to your calendar and try to click on one of your View All-links.This did the trick for me!

The issue of not being able to change the permalink for recurring events does indeed appear to be fixed!February 23, 2017 at 7:28 am in reply to: Permalink Not Editable for Recurring Events After Most Recent Update #1244480BarbaraParticipantGeorge,
The new update doesn’t fix the issue. When I click the ‘View all’-link, it still refers to a 404-error page. When I change the link manually to /all instead of /alle, it works.
January 28, 2017 at 8:49 am in reply to: I updated the plug in but word press home screen still has "plugin out of date" #1225653BarbaraParticipantHi Nelson,
Since a couple of updates, the updates for PRO/PLUS-versions of The Events Calendar/Event Tickets are not showing in the regular ‘Plugins’-tab anymore. Or at least, that’s what I have been experiencing too!
Check out the Updates-tab in the top header of your admin environment, it probably will still say at least 1 or more updates that need to be performed. Just to make sure you’re on the right tab, you can also reach this via ‘Dashboard’ > Updates.
Hope this helps!

Thanks for your reply.
Been busy with work though, and we have a move planned to another hosting company, which eats most of my time now.
We will have to learn to live with the issue above for now, but I surely will investigate this issue further in the near future, and get back to you, if needed via a different thread.Much appreciated,
