Nico,
I’d be fine trying it out when the next update comes along (that hopefully fixes the other issues as well). If you can give a heads up when the time is there, that would be appreciated.March 3, 2017 at 10:32 pm in reply to: Events list "See All" view not showing correct events on load #1249365BarbaraParticipantHi,
Be advised that rolling back to 4.3.X will give you the desired way of working for the ‘view all’- feature. It will show only the future instances of the recurring event.I’m not saying that you should downgrade, just wanted to make you aware. You should wait for the support team to help you further.

Since 4.4.X seems to be riddled with bugs, I have decided to rollback to 4.3.X
This fixed the issue with showing showing older occurrences using the View-all button (see other thread I posted about this, just now)
This also fixed the issue I kept having with translated /all-string causing 404 pages. Now it just works fine with /alle (translated) in the stringMarch 3, 2017 at 10:11 pm in reply to: Events list ‘View All’ also showing past instances of recurring events #1249356BarbaraParticipantSince 4.4.X seems to be riddled with bugs, I have decided to rollback to 4.3.X

I just realized that I have the same issue! I am pretty sure this wasn’t the case in older versions.
However, I did rollback to 4.4.1 for another issue, and it’s there too.March 3, 2017 at 9:32 pm in reply to: Custom Attendee information not stored anymore since latest update #1249344BarbaraParticipantThis reply is private.
March 1, 2017 at 9:12 am in reply to: Custom Attendee information not stored anymore since latest update #1247785BarbaraParticipantHi Zach,
Sure, I’d be happy to help.
I have been trying to look for any differences between the orders without custom attendee data attached, and orders that still had the attendee data. But I can’t seem to find any.
As you can see in the screenshot in my first reply in this thread, for one of the events a ticket was bought were attendee data WAS gathered! Even after the update had been applied. The only difference I can see that for that specific order, the payment came in twice via the Mollie interface (it was detected as duplicate payment). But that happens sometimes and should not mean much.
Let me know how to get a hold of the pre-release so I can test it.

Per an earlier reported bug, I am not able to share the system details automatically. When opting in “Yes, I want to share my…. with Modern Tribe support staff”, it gives an error (“No route was found matching the URL and request method Code:rest_no_route Status:404”)
I also thought I had entered my system details manually in my first reply (via the system details section).
In any case, I have added it in the private reply below.

Didn’t try that, that wasn’t obvious for me 😉
I had to roll back to pre-4.4.2 versions due to other issues (see my thread from today here)
After that, the issues persisted, even after regenerating the permalinks. I’m figuring this issue is at least dating to pre 4.4.2-versions.I have reapplied the workaround in my second reply and without having to regenerate the permalinks, this works like a charm
BarbaraParticipantHi Ingrid,
I have the same issue. See my thread here: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/custom-attendee-information-not-stored-anymore-since-latest-update/
I have tested a few things and have come to realize that this issue is likely caused by the 4.4.2 update. I have rolled all plugins back to versions before 4.4.2 and my issue is resolved (for now).

February 27, 2017 at 2:29 pm in reply to: Custom Attendee information not stored anymore since latest update #1246490BarbaraParticipantRolling back to all four older versions of TEC, TEC PRO, ET and ET PLUS, fixed the issue.
Please look into this as this is very annoying!
PS: Before rolling back, I realized I had the WooCommerce Auto Complete plugin installed too (to actually auto complete orders with specific order statusses). I disabled that, I had to manually approve the order, but still the custom attendee data was not gathered.
So only rolling back fixed the issue.
February 27, 2017 at 2:05 pm in reply to: Custom Attendee information not stored anymore since latest update #1246474BarbaraParticipantThe issue persists despite ticking the first box of “Storing attendee details” > “When the order has been created”. It makes no difference when buying a new ticket.
Rolling back now to the version before 4.4.2
