I would love to help you with this topic.
Based on your system information, you are still a few versions behind (4.3) for Pro. The latest version should be 4.4.1
Hans makes a good point, we are working on a fix to make sure automated updates are always visible.
If they don’t, you have 2 workarounds:
- Try deactivating and reactivating Pro (sometimes that enables the update)
- If that does not work, simply deactivate and delete Pro altogether (which is safe). Then, head over to https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/ and grab the latest version of Pro. When that’s done, you can install it manually.
