    Hi Thomas,

As I told you this is not an easy problem to be fixed. I’m trying to find what is the source, I would like to ask you to have a little more patience.

A question, this only happens when you activate the Pro version or when you have the free version it happens too?

    Hi Alonso,

I would like to know which are the meta data you want to show, and if the content of the event should be displayed as well. I mean, give me specifics and I can craft a snippet for you.

    Hi Ken,

I would like to mention UserVoice Forum where you can suggest new features and it gets voted for us to see if the idea is good.

To display a message I would suggest you to redirect users to a page with this message using this plugin I’ve crafted here:

    https://github.com/bordoni/tec-forum-support/tree/plugin-950694

Follow the instructions on the link above.

I’ve tested Niggo’s solution on my LocalHost and It does solve this problem. Adam, can you check if that solves your issue?

    Hi Tim,

There is no easy way, do you have any ideas of how you want to show this to the end user? Then I might be able to provide you some more help if it’s not too hard to be done.

    Hi Tim,

Thanks for reaching out to us here on our support forums.

Unfortunately we don’t have a Yearly View, but I will ask you to submit this idea to our UserVoice Forum, if it’s well supported our team will implement it.

It’s a complex feature, I wouldn’t try to do it if you didn’t have a very good developer and time to do it.

    Hi Adam,

Thanks for reaching out to us here on our support forums.

Can you link me which was the solution that Barry provided you? Then I can try it locally and see why it’s not working anymore.

    Hi Tim,

Thanks for reaching out to us here on our support forums.

ON the Line 26 of the edit-event.php file you will see a “do_action(“tribe_events_community_form_before_template”);” you can type your HTML instructions there.

    Hi Michael,

Thanks for reaching out to us here on our support forums.

I’ve tried this on my local installation and it doesn’t seem to be an error like that. Have you tried the stuff that we point on our Testing for conflicts page?

Let me know and I will try to help you further.

    Hi Keith,

Thanks for reaching out to us here on our support forums.

I’ve tried to build a custom solution for you here, but it will take too much time because it’s a rather complex thing.

I can point you in the right direction, I would like to know what is your current /tribe-events/single-event.php file contents so that I can see if there is anything to worry before giving you better instructions.

Please use a gist.github.com to provide the file contents, it will make it easier to read.

    Hi Thomas,

Sorry for the delay on my answer, but I think do do any further testing without compromising your live website it will require from our team a bigger effort.

You might want to invest on to some ReverseProxy Static Caching like Varnish, it could solve your issues real fast.

I wanted to ask you to give us access to the administration of your WordPress, so that I can download the Database and code to run some local benchmarks to see where is the source of the problem.

If you send the Admin info, mark the answer as private, so that only Tribe Support staff and you can see it.

I can safely say that It will take time from us, so If we find a good fix for the problem I will let you know otherwise it will be released in one of our next few releases.
