If you can post the actual license keys themselves, the strings of letters and numbers in the wp-admin panel, I can do that.

Post those Keys here, but be sure to check the “mark as private reply” option so that only you and our support team see the keys. 🙂

    Thank you,

    Hey Glenn,

Thanks for reaching out. We have RSS feeds by default—if your site’s calendar is example.com/events, then example.com/events/feed is an RSS feed.

“Custom” feeds are not supported at this time. And while there is no plan to enable custom feeds at this time, yes, when the JSON REST API finally arrives in WordPress Core, we will be supporting a JSON feed of events too.

I do not know when that will be because the inclusion date of the REST API in Core is still not defined yet. But when WordPress Core supports it, we will too. 🙂

    Cheers,
    George

    Hey Mike,

    No problem here!

You will NOT be auto-charged. Renewals have to be manually performed, you will not be charged regardless of the end date of your license.

I have just modified your license so that it will not expire until this date: July 1, 2017.

You can then renew on that date and the license will be “good” again until June 30 2018 from there, and so on….

    Cheers!

    Hey Susan,

Sorry to see this! I cannot reproduce any problems with menus, so I’m wondering—can you post your “System information” with us for now?

    Here’s how to do that → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/

I will investigate the problem with that information.

    Thank you!

    Hey Andreas,

    Thanks for reaching out!

I’m sorry to bear this news but it is not possible to translate those fields at this time. Events Calendar Pro does not fully support WPML at this time and so this feature and many others are not translatable with WPML at this time. Filter Bar and any plugin other than The Events Calendar does not support WPML either. 🙁

    Sorry to disappoint!

    Sincerely,
    George

    Hey Melissa,

    Thanks for reaching out!

I’ve updated both of your licenses to be “Business” licenses so that they can be used on more than one website/domain name for the sort of build process you describe.

As for the nonprofit itself, they can get a free license for Events Calendar Pro if they qualify in our application process. You can send them here to learn more and apply → http://theeventscalendar.com/apply-for-npp

There are not any free licenses for any of our other premium add-ons though. The Nonprofit Partnership Program only includes Events Calendar Pro at this time.

    Cheers!

    Hey Cliffy,

This is a known bug that we are working fixing in an upcoming maintenance release.

For me, whenever I get this message, if I then go back to the events page the events trash DOES get deleted even though that message showed up….

Do you find the same result?

If not, then can you share your system information with us? Here’s how to do that → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/

    Hey Mark!

Thank you for reaching out. These forums here are our “Pre-sales Questions” forums, so we unfortunately cannot field technical support questions here.

It doesn’t currently appear that you have a premium license with us. If this is wrong, and you do have a premium license with us, then apologies for my misunderstanding!

However, in that case please log into the account on this site that has your premium license, and then post this question in a premium support forum.

If you indeed do not have a premium license, then please post your question in our free support forums here → http://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar

We check those forums a bit more than once per week, so hopefully we will be able to get to your question there.

Before I close this thread, I wanted to offer some insight on your question.

The best thing to try is to simply try choosing any of the other template options available in the “Events Template” option you describe here. One of the templates may work better and have the sidebar removed from it by default.

If you don’t find that to be the case, then removing the sidebar would unfortunately require code customization. 🙁 You would have to write that custom code or hire a professional developer to write the code for you. We have a list of great developers here → http://m.tri.be/18k1 (and have no affiliation with any of these folks—they’re simply some well-respected names in the community that we’ve compiled to share in situations like this one).

I will now close this thread; see the instructions above for how to proceed if you want to post again.

Best of luck with your project!

    Hey Vasil,

You can indeed use The Events Calendar in another language.

There are a few things to learn, unfortunately, but we have three articles that should help. Those articles are here:

    • Translating The Events Calendar: http://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/translating-the-events-calendar/

    • Translating our premium add-ons: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/adding-or-updating-a-translation/

    • Changing the language on your site: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/changing-the-language-on-your-calendar/

Please check out those articles and follow their steps—it should help!

    Cheers,

It’s no problem at all, apologies for not clarifying that to begin with! And for the extra step. 🙂

I’m glad I requested the information, though, because I notice that your site’s versions of both The Events Calendar and Events Calendar Pro are a bit out of date. They’re running at version 4.0.5, when the current version for both is 4.1.1.

We’ve made a lot of improvements in the 4.1.x releases compared to the 4.0.x releases, so the first thing I’d recommend doing here is updating both plugins to 4.1.1.

Now, regardless of plugin versions, I took a look at your “event recurrence” screenshot in the meantime and found that your configuration is, unfortunately, not possible. This is your configuration:

This will not work because here’s what that configuration is essentially saying:

    • Make one, singular 19-day event that starts 3/30/2016 and ends on 4/18/2016
    • Repeat this 19-day event every 3 days.
    • But end this pattern on 4/18/2016, when the first instance of this 19-day event ends.

Do you see what I mean by describing it this way? You’re essentially creating one element that starts on 3/30/2016, ends on 4/18/2016, and recurs every 3 days but not after 4/18/2016. So…there is no room to recur!

I hope that information helps. 🙂

Thank you for your patience here,
    George

    Hey Nick,

I don’t quite understand the distinction you’re making there between those things. Can you clarify?

In any case, as I mentioned above we unfortunately cannot help with custom coding projects. I’m sorry about this! But at bottom, if you need to do some custom coding and aren’t familiar with sussing out these sorts of inner-workings details, your best bet is to hire a professional to help out.

We maintain a list of great developers here → http://m.tri.be/18k1 (and have no affiliation with any of these folks—they’re simply some well-respected names in the community that we’ve compiled to share in situations like this one).

Let me know what you mean about a “tribe_wooticket post” being different from a “ticket post” and I will do my best to offer one last bit of advice here!

    Thank you,
    George

    Hey Thomas,

    Thank you!

I’m really sorry to add an extra step here, but we unfortunately cannot log into customer sites for any reason. Is there any way you could temporarily make your site publicly visible? If so, I will then look at your page and will work quickly to minimize the amount of time your site is open to the public….

I’m sorry for this trouble! Let me know if it’s possible; if it is, I will work quickly!

    Sincerely,
    George
