Multiple Admin Menu Options not Available

I have just installed Both plugins, The Event Calendar and PRO. When in the Admin backend only 4 options are available under ‘Events’… Tags, Import, Settings & Event Add-Ons.

There is no way to add categories, events etc.

I have defaulted the theme to 2016 and disabled all other plugins but the problem persists. I am unable to use the plugin at all.

Like I said I still cannot find this issue at all, so I am a bit puzzled here.

I’m wondering what you find if you deactivate ALL PLUGINS on your site EXCEPT The Events Calendar—can you share a similar screenshot that you did above of your event menu?

Sure thing Susan. Your issue is bizarre, not something we can recreate, and not something that any other user is reporting, so I do not blame you for seeking a refund! I’m sorry about this odd, odd issue…I have never seen it before and cannot recreate it.
