ParticipantHi,
I have purchased the Filter Bar and Events Calendar Pro under our Ad Agency for a Non-Profit (artssiouxfalls.org) who has already purchased Event Calendar Pro and Community Events.
Is there a way you can give me permission to use the license for these plugins to work on arts.websitehs.com in the new build interim and keep them active on artssiouxfalls.org? I am building a new site for them and will replace the old.
And since they are non-profit can we get free license extensions for them?
Thank you

ParticipantHey Melissa,
Thanks for reaching out!
I’ve updated both of your licenses to be “Business” licenses so that they can be used on more than one website/domain name for the sort of build process you describe.
As for the nonprofit itself, they can get a free license for Events Calendar Pro if they qualify in our application process. You can send them here to learn more and apply → http://theeventscalendar.com/apply-for-npp
There are not any free licenses for any of our other premium add-ons though. The Nonprofit Partnership Program only includes Events Calendar Pro at this time.
Cheers!

ParticipantThank you, George. Can I give you their license keys for the other plugins, so you can upgrade them too?
They actually have the Facebook Events plugin too. Those licenses are in their site: artsiouxfalls.org. I have their keys through their WP admin panel. Let me know if that will work and if this is secure to email them though. Thank you!

ParticipantIf you can post the actual license keys themselves, the strings of letters and numbers in the wp-admin panel, I can do that.
Post those Keys here, but be sure to check the “mark as private reply” option so that only you and our support team see the keys. đŸ™‚
Thank you,

GuestSorry there is no “Private Reply” on this page. Just says my Email will not be published…

ParticipantSorry about that Melissa—that’s because this is a Pre-Sales Questions forum post.
These forums aren’t even meant for support like this, I should’ve noticed—these are meant for only pre-sales questions forums.
Shoot us an email with those license keys AND a link back to this forum thread for context; I’ll take care of things and reply to you there.
I’ll close this thread to facilitate that. The email address is support at this domain. đŸ™‚
Cheers!
