Thank you Sky,
I will try your suggestions. I know it is not a browser issue, as I heard
from visitors on different platforms that they have the problem aswell.
I tried some other cache settings, hope it will work. Should you have some
ideas on what the best settings would be, please let me know.
Will let you know how it works out.flamencoagendaParticipantThanks Cristoforo, that seems to have done the trick!
flamencoagendaParticipantThank you Brook! The calender date-search is back in working order.
Best regards,
GinetteflamencoagendaParticipantHello Brook,
I tested for conflicts and it seems to be a theme conflict (I use Sixteen). What could we do to resolve this?Thank you for your answer,
GinetteflamencoagendaParticipantHi Geoff,

flamencoagendaParticipantHi Geoff,
Thanks so much for your reply. Yes, it was a scary experience, my website is not much use without The Events Calendar. I decided to hire some help by a professional (last night European time, before your reply). It looks like everything is working again.Any tips on how I can prevent this from happening again? Maybe not update WP and The Events Calendar at the same time?
Thanks and best wishes.

flamencoagendaParticipantHello George,
Thanks for your reply. Here is one link to an event – it is the same problem for all the events. http://www.flamencoagenda.nl/event/john-fillmore-falu-por-xmas/Thank you for your answer!

flamencoagendaParticipantHello Nico,
Thanks for your reply.
– I tested for conflicts, but the problem still occurs with all the other plugins switched off and also in the other theme as suggested in the Testing for conflicts guide.
– You say you cannot reproduce the problem. The problem in short: the filter bar is not showing the categories, so you cannot use the filter bar. Normally, when you are at ‘Live flamenco’ you can check the ‘workshops’ box and have all events shown. (vice versa).
– I work on a pc (Windows 8.1) in Firefox and IE (latest releases_. Is that enough system information?
– As I said, the problem started after updating to the latest Events Calender release. One more thing that I noticed is the warning in my Dashboard saying that “The page “Live flamenco” uses the “/events” slug: the Events Calendar plugin will show its calendar in place of the page.” I ignored this warning because it is exactly what I want: at the Live Flamenco page I only want the calender with live flamenco events showm. (And at the ‘workshops’ page the same). That does work, it is only the filter bar that is not showing.Hope you can help me!
Thanks,
GinetteflamencoagendaParticipantThanks a lot Nicos!
I had some trouble finding where I could change the code (which sheet), but somebody told me to paste the new code with !important in the Costum CSS plugin. Looks like it doesn’t conflict with anything & the images are normal size again. So all’s well again. Cheers! -
