Hi András.
I’ve attached a screen shot. You can see that the venue list is not in alphabetical order by title, which is what I expected. However, I can’t find what sequence the venues are listed. It’s not by venue city or ZIP. Can you help me understand? Thanks.
David
David WeaverParticipantHi Jennifer.
After reading the documentation of the WooCommerce Order Status Control, this answers my question.Thank you!

This is tremendous!! The previous way of selecting tickets/RSVPs was radio buttons so this must be new to this latest updates. This is very nice. The only piece I didn’t understand was how to get a list of attendees. Is this still an options?Thank you so much!!!

I have WooCommerce installed, activated and configured. I have also clicked
the share information checkbox. I have used Chrome to inspect the edit
event page and don’t see any errors.
Can you take a look at the system info and let me know if you find an issue. Thanks you!!
David WeaverParticipantHi Barry.
I had had nothing but problems with these plugins. I was going to find the exact thread that was posted that said the issue was closed but when I go to https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/forum/events/events-calendar-pro/ I get an error message “502 Bad Gateway”. These kinds of delays have been EXTREMELY frustrating. From the “automatic” updates that do not work, to an email from one of your colleagues that did not respond, to not being able to get the very thing that I bought you plugin for to work. This has not been a good introduction to you products or forums. My understanding of forums was for the hosting to answer customer questions. I have fought to get The Events Calendar, The Events Calendar Pro, Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus installed. I’ve installed WooCommerce. And then I deactivated and deleted them so that I get uncorrected plugins installed where I could created RSVPs and Tickets, in addition to g=Google Maps displaying when a venue item is selected.
I’ve gotten the Google Maps working. I was able to update The Events Calendar to 4.6.9 through your link. The ” Update now to version 4.4.20.1″ still gives the cURL error. I was able to update Event Tickets to 4.6.3 but get the cURL on Event Tickets Pro.
I have to get the tickets to work. How can I do that?
David WeaverParticipantThe version number given by you in th4e admin plugin updates still shows the wrong version.
“There is a new version of The Events Calendar PRO available. Update now to version 4.4.20.1.”
When are you going to fix this??
David WeaverParticipantHi Patricia.
I’d be happy to help you speed this up. I’m a little confused. You’d like me to “temporarily install the following plugin”. Where is the
link for this plugin. You give a url to an example. But I’m confused what
the example is supposed to show me. Am I supposed to edit some file?Secondly, which “Settings” are you talking about: WordPress Settings or
“Events –> Setting”. I don’t see cURL in either on of these.Sorry for the confusion.
David WeaverParticipantHi Geoff.
Thanks for you offer. I may take you up on it. I have deactivated all of the plugins and reverted to the twenty seventeen and same results. I’ve tried to plugin update for The Events Calendar and Tickets and they both failed.Thanks.
