    Hello Support.
I am using your Events Tickets Plus with WooCommerce. I’m having a couple of problems.

First, when creating a new event, the Tickets panel does not show the options for “Enable global stock” or “Display attendees list”. It only lists a button for “New RSVP”. How do I get the panel to display the two options so that I can select between an RSVP and a Ticket event and get a list of attendees?

Secondly, I cannot get the Google map to appear in an event. I have checked “Enable Google Maps” under Setting –> General. I inserted the Google map key under Settings –> API. I’ve added venues and selected a Venue when creating an event. I also check “Show Google Map” and “Show Google Map Links” yet when the event is displayed the map is a grayed out rectangle.

    Can you suggest something?

    Thanks.

Good evening David and welcome back!

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We are sorry to hear about the tickets not being an option and the maps not displaying.
I would love to help you with this topic.

As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/

In the meantime, please make sure that:

    1. Both the Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus plugins are installed and activated
    2. That WooCommerce is installed, configured and activated

As for the Google Maps issue, I would recommend:

    1. Making sure you follow precisely the following guidelines: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/setting-up-your-google-maps-api-key/
    2. Checking if you can deactivate the Google Map API call from your theme for the event pages (right now you are doing multiple Google Map APIs calls on event pages). Or try using the key only with your theme only with our plugin
    3. Try to use the latitude+longitude checkboxes under the Edit Venue screen

Let me know how that goes.

    Best regards,
    Geoff B.

    Hi Geoff.
Thanks for you offer. I may take you up on it. I have deactivated all of the plugins and reverted to the twenty seventeen and same results. I’ve tried to plugin update for The Events Calendar and Tickets and they both failed.

    Thanks.

    David

    Hey David,

I am sorry to hear that. It sounds like my suggestion might be the way to go.
If you are able to, setting up a staging site (clone) of your site would be awesome for that purpose.

    Hang in there!

Hey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.

    Thanks so much!
