ParticipantThe version number given by you in th4e admin plugin updates still shows the wrong version.
“There is a new version of The Events Calendar PRO available. Update now to version 4.4.20.1.”
When are you going to fix this??

MemberHi David,
I’m sorry if you’ve had a rough experience and would love to help if I can.
So far as I can tell, the only topic you created that has actually been closed is this one. All your other topics remain open and so long as you are logged in, you should be able to post further replies in each.
If there’s a specific URL you can point me to where you need to add an update but cannot, please do share it and I’ll be happy to investigate 🙂

Hopefully I’m looking in the right place, but when I visit the domain associated with your license key it looks like you have Events Calendar PRO 4.4.19 installed. That being the case, the version number in the above message would have been correct up until today when we released a further update.
You should now update to 4.4.21 if you can. If you are blocked by the cURL error, as per one of your other topics, please accept our apologies and consider updating manually:

Can you clarify the problem here? Is it in relation to the radio button issue in the now closed topic I referenced above, or something else?
Thanks!

ParticipantHi Barry.
I had had nothing but problems with these plugins. I was going to find the exact thread that was posted that said the issue was closed but when I go to https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/forum/events/events-calendar-pro/ I get an error message “502 Bad Gateway”. These kinds of delays have been EXTREMELY frustrating. From the “automatic” updates that do not work, to an email from one of your colleagues that did not respond, to not being able to get the very thing that I bought you plugin for to work. This has not been a good introduction to you products or forums. My understanding of forums was for the hosting to answer customer questions. I have fought to get The Events Calendar, The Events Calendar Pro, Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus installed. I’ve installed WooCommerce. And then I deactivated and deleted them so that I get uncorrected plugins installed where I could created RSVPs and Tickets, in addition to g=Google Maps displaying when a venue item is selected.
I’ve gotten the Google Maps working. I was able to update The Events Calendar to 4.6.9 through your link. The ” Update now to version 4.4.20.1″ still gives the cURL error. I was able to update Event Tickets to 4.6.3 but get the cURL on Event Tickets Pro.
I have to get the tickets to work. How can I do that?

MemberHi David,
I’m sorry it’s been such a frustrating experience for you. That of course is the opposite of what we want.
If I’m understanding correctly, the next thing we need to do is find a way for you to successfully update both Events Calendar PRO and Event Tickets Plus. We’re working on the cURL error and hope to resolve it shortly – if you’re able to wait a few days that may be easiest otherwise, I can only recommend updating manually:
theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/manual-updates
Are you able to give that a shot? Once everything is up to date we can look at any other problems that might be getting in your way.

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
