MemberHi Michell
I’m not seeing the suggested event when I visit your site. Can you send a screenshot of this and confirm that you are still experiencing this issue?
If it is still a problem, please also share your System Info https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/ to help us better diagnose conflicts.
Thanks

MemberHey Isaac
The Events Calendar is free to try out, but is limited to WordPress.
If you are interested in a calendar tool that works across many different CMS systems, check out our latest product: Loxi.io. We have free demos there that you can try to see if it meets your needs.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Danean
Can you link me to the customization example you are referring to? I have a feeling it was changed with CSS but would like to be sure.
You can see our default expected output on WP Shindig Demo Site https://wpshindig.com/events/. This has most of our plugins live to see.
A Few tips to help you change the look further include:
- Start by modifying what you can at Appearance » Customize » The Events Calendar.
- We generally don’t recommend that you change the theme or plugin’s CSS files directly, as they will be overwritten. To avoid this, follow the steps outlined in Themer’s Guide
- Use overriding CSS files, or add CSS to your site using Appearance » Customize » Additional CSS.
- Use !important before a semicolon to override every css rule. It’s a brute force method, but works for quick fixes.
- Please check out this Customizing WordPress #2 – Using Chrome Developers Tools YouTube video in addition to our Using Chrome Developer Tools tutorial on how to easily make changes using CSS.

MemberHi there
Do you mean can you use our plugin with something like WPML? https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/wpml-support/
Our full list of translation articles can be found at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase-category/languages/ including how to translate our plugins themselves.

MemberHi Victoria
At this time, we are still working on the information mentioned in the Compliance Assistance for Site Owners section on https://theeventscalendar.com/our-approach-to-gdpr/. We will be sure to make an announcement on our blog when we have more available.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberYes, it will work as it had at the point of your last update.

MemberHey Dawn
On the application page https://theeventscalendar.com/apply-for-npp/ :
I understand that the application review process can take up to two to three weeks and acknowledge that applications cannot be expedited by any means.
Often this process is much faster, but we can’t make promises.

MemberHey Gerhard
The sidebar doesn’t display on http://www.publicsphere.eu/2018/05/die-zeit-ist-knapp-denn-die-europawahl-ruft/ but does show on your Events page. Our /Events page is technically an archive
Please install the Health Check plugin so that you can effectively disable all plugins without website visitors noticing any changes. See https://make.wordpress.org/support/handbook/appendix/troubleshooting-using-the-health-check/#troubleshooting for how to do this.
Usually, theme developers can provide code to deactivate this even on the archive page.
Can you confirm if events on http://www.publicsphere.eu/events/category/nrw-tour-2018/ and http://www.publicsphere.eu/events/category/camino-revolta-2018 are correct? Are these displaying only the events that are appropriate for these categories?
Thanks

MemberHey Keith
Can you add the following code to your child theme, or in Appearance » Customize » Additional CSS?
#tribe-events-photo-events .tribe-event-featured a.tribe-event-url { color: #0EABE1 !important; } #tribe-events-photo-events a.tribe-event-url { color: white !important; }Let me know if that works for you.
Thanks

MemberHi Elena
Without an active license, Events Calendar Pro will no longer receive security updates or bug fixes. It will also disconnect you from the help desk support.

MemberHi Caio
Event Tickets is free, and works at this time with Paypal. For other e-commerce systems, see the upgrade to Event Tickets Plus.
At this time, we do not have a way to include coupons for Tribe Commerce Paypal checkout. If you use Event Tickets Plus, we currently support WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads.Read more about each option’s features and payment gateways. Each of these does support coupon options.
You do not need to use the RSVP field. If you want to truly remove it from your client, you’ll want to refer to our Themer’s Guide for such a customization.

MemberHi Cam
You can use our .csv import feature for free at any time. It comes with The Events Calendar (free). Both of these tutorials can walk you through that process:

MemberHi there
So sorry for the confusion. We sent an email containing a link to download Community Events and the license key.
Can you go to My Account » Downloads https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/ and download the Events Calendar Pro plugin. Head over to Plugins » Installed Plugins » Add New next and select the Upload Plugin at the top of the screen. This should be a .zip file. If your browser has unzipped the file automatically, please check your browser settings to alter that and try downloading again.
You’ll need to keep the free The Events Calendar https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-events-calendar plugin active as well. Go to Plugins » Add New » Upload Plugin. Then activate your plugin.
After that, get your license key https://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys/, and go to Events » Settings » Licenses to enter it (though very likely it’s already entered when you activate your plugin).
It looks like you tried to do this, but in the Event Aggregator field instead.
Let me know if this works now.
Thanks

MemberHey Annie
At this time, this is not something that we support. I’ve often wanted a similar model for premium plugins to exist in the WordPress community overall, but have yet to see anyone doing this.
If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
You can suggest it it http://tribe.uservoice.com.
You could set up an email account that forwards to the client and you alike for support responses here and billing purposes.
Thanks
