    Hello:

    I’m writing to inquire about the status of an application submitted to request a free license free and/or discounted subscriptions to Events Calendar Pro. If someone could update me on the status of this matter, it would be much appreciated. The application was submitted a few months ago. Thanks.

    So sorry about that. Did you ever receive a notification that we received your request? Unfortunately, we discovered our form process was not delivering submissions. If you never heard word from us one way or another, please resubmit.

    I’ll check with our refunds representative to see if she has record of your request.

    Hi Guys,

    Quick Questions ( I have had a look through your knowledge base)

    I understand the QR code and how it works. Do you offer a system that will allow us to scan the tickets at the event linked to a database?

    So the plugin generates the ticket and the QR code. Any smartphone these days can read the QR code. What we really need is the ability to scan the ticket at the event and have the person checked in. An App of web based system?

    On the application page https://theeventscalendar.com/apply-for-npp/ :

    I understand that the application review process can take up to two to three weeks and acknowledge that applications cannot be expedited by any means.

    Often this process is much faster, but we can’t make promises.
