Extend Event Calendar Pro license

I was wondering if I need to extend Event Calendar Pro license to keep using plugin features or would it only extend plugin’s support and updates for another year?

Without an active license, Events Calendar Pro will no longer receive security updates or bug fixes. It will also disconnect you from the help desk support.
