Hello! I bought the Community Events add-on. How can I update my event submission form to be compliant with gdpr? The plugin does not suggest any information about it.

At this time, we are still working on the information mentioned in the Compliance Assistance for Site Owners section on https://theeventscalendar.com/our-approach-to-gdpr/. We will be sure to make an announcement on our blog when we have more available.
