Can you reach out to MotoPress and see if they have had others with a similar conflict? They may have a solution already for this.
Thanks

MemberHello Pim
I am guessing that screenshot is from your main page?
If so, can you add the following code to your child theme, or in Appearance » Customize » Additional CSS?
.av-upcoming-event-cost {display: none !important;} .av-upcoming-event-venue {display: none !important;}I discovered this code is actually related to how your theme integrates with our plugin, and not code our plugin creates. I’m sorry it’s taken so long to help nail down this area for you.
Thanks

MemberHello Helen
Can you go to Events » Venues and find that location. Click on it to edit the name and update (save) that information. Check your listings again. I believe this should fix it. Please let me know how you make out.
Thanks

MemberHello Bob
With Events Calendar Pro, we do offer Calendar View Shortcodes and Widget Shortcodes. Using these shortcodes would enable you to have more than just an /events page.
Is there anything else I can do to help?
Thanks

MemberHello Trisen
Does the same thing happen when using a different theme? Please see our Testing for Conflicts guide for additional plugin testing. I’m wondering if it is a plugin/theme conflict issue.
Thanks

MemberHello Joseph
I do see that you have an active license at socialeconomix.us. Is that the correct address?
Can you go to My Account » Licenses and copy the license key and re-add it to your site, and save. What happens at that point?
Thanks

MemberHello John
To modify the plugin to look better with your theme, here are a few tips:
- Start by modifying what you can at Appearance » Customize » The Events Calendar.
- Typically, don’t change the theme or plugin’s css files, they will be overwritten on updates. To avoid this, follow the steps outlined in Themer’s Guide
- Use overriding CSS files, or add CSS to your site using Appearance » Customize » Additional CSS.
- Use !important before a semicolon to override every css rule. It’s a brute force method, but works for quick fixes.
- Please check out this Customizing WordPress #2 – Using Chrome Developers Tools YouTube video in addition to our Using Chrome Developer Tools tutorial on how to easily make changes using CSS.
You can try out our free ticketing plugin, Event Tickets. When you are satisfied with how it works you can then get Event Tickets Plus for payment processing purpses. Note: You will need WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads to handle the payment gateways.
We do offer 30 day refunds if you find the plugin does not meet your needs. It’s just a matter of submitting a refund request form at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.
Is there anything else I can assist you with?
Thanks

MemberHello
Our plugin exports using the standard WordPress Tools » Export. However, if you are going from one site using The Events Calendar to another, and both running at least version 4.5, we have another way. You can import content to the new site using Other URL. Events » Import » New Imports » Other URL.
You can try out the default export using our free The Events Calendars.

MemberHello Linda
1. You can use Calendar View Shortcodes and Widget Shortcodes on different pages and widget areas as you’d like.
2. Community submitted events can be set as draft, pending review, or allowed to directly publish to your calendar of events.
3. You can customize the Community Events form to have specific fields be required for submission. Our guide on how to start custom coding at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/required-fields-for-events-submission-form/.
4. You can pay the prorated upgrade license when you are ready by emailing support [at] theeventscalendar [.] com.
5. Our bundle pricing is at https://theeventscalendar.com/bundles/.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHello Eleftheria
I see that your license is still valid as you see. It is currently activated on toothnew.gr and your license level covers just 1 domain. Is the domain causing an error toothnew.gr?
If you need to transfer the license key, can you walk through the steps on Moving Your License Key https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-your-license-keys?
If that is not the issue, can you copy your license key and re-add it to Events » Settings » Licenses?
Let me know if any of these steps work for you.
Thanks

MemberHi Scott
Can you tell me if your imports were manual or scheduled imports?
Also, after Caroline helps you get your license on imports for Event Aggregator bumped up, can you tell me if the same thing happens? I’m wondering if you might be over your daily import limit.
Thanks
Courtney 🙂Courtney
MemberHello Oliver
Could you please send an email to support [at] theeventscalendar [.] com with these details?
Thanks

MemberHello Xavier
We have replaced Facebook Events with Event Aggregator. Your license for this is valid for almost a year yet. You can find it at My Account » Licenses. This will allow you to import Facebook events.
If you still need to, you can transfer your domain license association using Moving Your License Key.
Does this work for you? Keep me posted.
Thanks

MemberHello Lisa
Our plugins do provide a bit of SEO. I’d still suggest using a plugin like Yoast SEO on each page, and familiarizing yourself with how to fill out Yoast SEO, guidelines for what to write in your events posts, properly using tags and categories, etc. Our plugin makes it possible for you to have a new kind of a post/page, called events. However, on it’s own it won’t create SEO results without good SEO content that you can provide.
We do use JSON-LD data that can stand out well in Google Rich Cards. That information can be detected when you submit your site to Google’s Webmaster Tools. However, Google and other search engines ultimately will do what they will. I’ve seen some sites with our plugin stand out very well for events in search results, and others with our plugin unable to get Google to see rich cards.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks
