Unable to add new venue and organizer details

I’m adding new events but the option for place and organizer is unavailable. The scroll down menus for places and organizer don’t open and I also can’t add a new one.
What should I do? Please help!

Can you go through our Testing for Conflicts guide? I’m wondering if you have a plugin or theme conflict creating this issue.
