On this page of my site – http://kdcasinopromotion.com/events/category/bus-trips/list/ – there is a stray comma here:
https://screencast.com/t/MWkktJwb8Q0B
It is appearing next to the Event Venue, but I can’t find where I need to remove this comma.
Can anyone help?

Can you go to Events ยป Venues and find that location. Click on it to edit the name and update (save) that information. Check your listings again. I believe this should fix it. Please let me know how you make out.
Thanks

I had already checked this, but under Events > Venues, the venue doesn’t
have a comma –
see https://screencast.com/t/ZilZaaWWevCould the comma be in the code somewhere?
I can give you a login and password to the site if this would help.
Thanks again,

That is odd. Can you go through our Testing for Conflicts https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/ guide and disable all other plugins and use a default theme, such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/.
The only other time I’d see a similar issue was when the client was running an out of date version of the plugin.
I’m wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict happening.
I look forward to solving this soon.
Thanks

The good news is that it’s not a conflict with your theme or third-party plugins. The stray comma is there by design.
There’s an assumption that venue details will contain other metadata, such as an address. So the TEC list template places a separator between these values.
The separator is set on line 56 of the-events-calendar/src/views/list/single-event.php.
You will need to override the list template with customization to your liking. Please note that simply removing the separator from the template will have an effect on venues that do need the separation between values.
There are ways to get around this with the isset function. This would require some customization around the tribe_get_venue_details within the list view template.
So that your customization efforts survive a product update, it is best to follow the Themer’s Guide. It’s a great starting point for this type of customization.
Hope this helps gets you closer to a solution.

@helenhljcreative-com I believe Matthew’s solution will work. Oddly though, I have been able to create venues without seeing a comma display as shown here.Let me know if you still need further help.
Thanks
