MemberHi Marlene
What would you like to modify on the Events page? This is a default page created by our plugin.
Test how your /events page looks when you change these settings: Events » Settings » Display »
Default stylesheet used for events templates
& Events template.

If you are wanting to modify actual single events, go to Events » Events.
Or a few tips to help you style your calendar:
- Start by modifying what you can at Appearance » Customize » The Events Calendar.
- Typically, don’t change the theme or plugin’s css files, they will be overwritten on updates. To avoid this, follow the steps outlined in Themer’s Guide
- Use overriding CSS files, or add CSS to your site using Appearance » Customize » Additional CSS.
- Use !important before a semicolon to override every css rule. It’s a brute force method, but works for quick fixes.
- Please check out this Customizing WordPress #2 – Using Chrome Developers Tools YouTube video in addition to our Using Chrome Developer Tools tutorial on how to easily make changes using CSS.
If you want to modify additional settings, you’d want to check out the Themer’s Guide.
As for your installs, are you trying to activate the plugin on more than one domain? You can find which site your license is registered to (with the personal license level, you are limited to 1 active site) by visiting My Account » Licenses.
Please let me know how I can help further.
Thanks

MemberHi Evan
Event Aggregator can import from iCal, Google Calendar, CSV, Facebook, and Eventbrite. We did recently include “Other URL”, which is limited at this time to other sites using The Events Calendar.
To see if any of the mentioned sites are using our plugin, check out http://whatwpthemeisthat.com. You can see if the site is built on WordPress, and often what plugins or themes they may be using.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi there!
Thanks so much for getting in touch! I’m afraid that we’re not equipped to provide technical support for current plugin users here in our pre-sales forum. We’d be more than happy to assist you at one of the following locations:
• If you’re using one or more of our free plugins such as The Events Calendar and Event Tickets, you can request assistance on the WordPress.org support forum for the affected product.
• If you’re a current license holder for one of our premium offerings, please log in to your account and submit a post to the appropriate forum for the affected product. Please include your System Info https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/ so we can better help you.If you can, please take the time to confirm in your post that you’ve run through our Testing for Conflicts steps prior to contacting us–this will save us a step and help us to get your issue resolved that much quicker! 🙂
Thanks again, and we’ll see you in the forums!

MemberHi Bethany
We do offer Calendar View Shortcodes and Widget Shortcodes for Events Calendar Pro.
However, Event Aggregator is an import only service, and doesn’t display on the front end of your site.
What would you like shortcodes to do?
Thanks
Courtney 🙂Courtney
MemberHi Stephen
I’m sorry to hear that is happening. I haven’t been able to reproduce this issue myself. Can you send us your System Info https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info?
Can you start by going through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/? I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict. Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists.
Finally, you could delete the Events Calendar Pro from your site, and redownload the plugin from My Account » Downloadss and upload/activate it again on your site.
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.
Thanks

MemberHey Kristen
We are getting through our new support threads here as quickly as possible. Typically, that can be a 24hr wait period, but sometimes during busy phases up to 48hrs on weekdays. Rest assured, we will see the thread and definitely do all we can to help.
Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard » Updates).
Finally, please double check if you have a license key activated at Events » Settings » Licenses » Event Aggregator. You can find your license again at My Account » Licenses.
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.

MemberHi Barry and @snorton
You can see on https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/embedding-calendar-views-tribe_events-shortcode/ that we do filter the view with categories. Do refer to the ” issue at the bottom of that page. WordPress/TinyMCE has a habit of being a bit too helpful at times, and creating a bit of a problem.
[tribe_events view="list" category="new, test"]
However, the limit option is only available in Widget Shortcodes: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-widget-shortcodes/.
I do like the idea, and would love for your feedback at http://tribe.uservoice.com.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

Would you mind enabling WP_DEBUG and sharing any PHP errors you see while navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket?
Once you share your WP_DEBUG findings, we may be able to get an idea of any plugin or theme conflicts.
Please enable WP_DEBUG on your site. You’ll need to edit to your site’s wp-config.php file and change this line of code:
define('WP_DEBUG', false);to this:define('WP_DEBUG', true);
(or add this line of code if you can’t find mention of ‘WP_DEBUG’ in your wp-config.php file)If any errors do appear while navigating your site’s pages, please copy and paste them in their entirety into a new ticket reply — along with the URL of where you saw the error(s) — and make sure you set it as a Private reply.
Finally, please check for Javascript errors: Using Your Browser to Diagnose JavaScript Errors.
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.
Thanks

MemberHi Jane
The best place to start with this would be in our Themer’s Guide. We are happy to proofread any custom code you write, but limited in helping with styling customizations, per our Scope of Support / Terms.
Let us know how it goes!
Thanks

MemberHi Sean
Can you provide a screenshot of the exact errors you are seeing. I’m sorry this is happening. We are definitely working on a real solution for known bugs like this.
Also, on the error messaging, often you can hover your mouse over the message for additional information.
I will send your report on to our Event Aggregator development team.
Thanks
