MemberHey Levi
So sorry to hear we aren’t able to meet your needs at this time. We do offer 30 day refunds if you find the plugin does not meet your needs. It’s just a matter of submitting a refund request form at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.
Thanks

MemberHi Jose
Event Aggregator does not have a demo per se. Hi there
At this time, we do not have a demo of the back end. However, you can see for a demo of the front end of our products. Check it out at WP Shindig Demo Site https://wpshindig.com/events/.
Read more at: Do you have a demo, examples I can see, or trial licenses?
You could test out importing a .csv file as an example of what one-time imports would work like. These are free and included within The Events Calendar. See https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/csv-files-options-and-examples/ for sample data.
Event Aggregator is a bit different than most of our plugins. It relies upon our servers to process the data and reform it for The Events Calendar on your site. As such, when the license expires, you’d not only lose access to support, but the import service itself wouldn’t function.
We do offer 30 day refunds if you find the plugin does not meet your needs. It’s just a matter of submitting a refund request form at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.
You can apply for our non-profit discount by completing the form at https://theeventscalendar.com/apply-for-npp.
⚠️Please Note: Licenses granted through this program do not include access to support. If you need in-depth support, please consider purchasing a regular license.
Even though you are interested in Event Aggregator, fill the form out. We may be able to at least work out a discount for you if you qualify.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHey Chris
When the license expires, the plugin will continue to work as the last update had. No future updates nor access to the help desk for support will be available.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberThanks David. Glad you got it working. Curious if you did the updates I suggested earlier. We believe we had the buggy debug fixed with an update. If not, I’ll need to reopen our internal bug ticket to have this reviewed again.
Thanks

MemberHi David
Can you switch off the debug under Events > Settings > tab General?
Also, there is some bugging setting in Events > Help. Please set that to disabled too.
It looks like there are bugs in the debugger.
Thanks

MemberHi Ruben
We do not have a direct way to do that. We usually steer people towards the RSVP option as a means to pay at the door. The rsvp would still allow the check-in functionality with a manual means of paying.
Please let me know if that method would work for you.
Thanks

MemberHi Fidel
You do not need Events Calendar Pro to use Event Aggregator . Can you tell me what types of events/sources you want to import into your site?
Thanks
Courtney 🙂Courtney
MemberHey there Thomas
It should be viewable on the front page with your shortcode embedded calendar, as well as on http://19broadway.com/events/. You can see where it would appear using our demo site: WP Shindig Demo Site https://wpshindig.com/events/.
Can you review your CSS to see if any code may have been added to hide that setting?
Thanks
Courtney 🙂Courtney
MemberHey Karen
That is correct. This will give you an image upload size of 4mb (4194304 bytes).
Thanks

MemberGreat Gareth. If every to modify that image or meta description, head to the same place to nudge Facebook to look again.
I’ll close out this thread for now but let us know if you have any other questions.
Thanks

MemberHey Lauren
It is possible, but not something we have designed for really. Please see https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/selling-tickets-from-the-woocommerce-products-page/ for more details on how to proceed.
Thanks
