MemberHi Gesine
You can switch the range but should know this may impact your website server speeds. Please proceed with caution and testing.
Head to Events Β» Settings Β» Import Β» Import Limit Type Β» Do Not Limit.
Let me know if this works for you.
Thanks

MemberHi Storm
I am unable to reproduce this issue myself but am seeing it happening on your site.
Can you start by going through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/?Β I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict.Β
We recommend conducting these tests on a staging server (https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/creating-using-wordpress-staging-site/).
Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists.
Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard Β» Updates).Β
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.
Thanks

MemberHi Gesine
We’ve got a helpful guide to answer all sorts of EA questions like this. https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/event-aggregators-import-limits-work/
It’s 100 imports per your account with us, not by domain installed or events it finds.
Does that help?
Thanks

MemberHi there!
Thanks so much for getting in touch!
I would guess that this conflict is happening due to another plugin you’ve got installed that adds additional columns to your site. Under the top “settings”, see if you can disable some columns, or try uninstalling other plugins to see if that resolves the issue.
I’m afraid that we’re not equipped to provide technical support for current plugin users here in our pre-sales forum.
We’d be more than happy to assist you at one of the following locations:β’ If you’re using one or more of our free plugins such as The Events Calendar and Event Tickets, you can request assistance on the WordPress.org support forum for the affected product.
β’ If you’re a current license holder for one of our premium offerings, please log in to your account and submit a post to the appropriate forum for the affected product. Please include your System Info https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/ so we can better help you.If you can, please take the time to confirm in your post that you’ve run through our Testing for Conflicts steps prior to contacting us–this will save us a step and help us to get your issue resolved that much quicker! π
Thanks again, and we’ll see you in the forums!

MemberHi Susan
Can you walk through the steps on Moving Your License Key? I think this should get things working again for you.
Thanks

MemberHi Matthew
You’ll need to keep Event Tickets installed for Event Tickets Plus to work. Also, you’ll need to get an e-comemrce plugin installed and set up. We currently support WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads. Read more about each optionβs features and payment gateways.
Do keep our plugins up to date. When possible, we recommend running update tests on a staging server (https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/creating-using-wordpress-staging-site/).
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Kent
Sorry for the confusion.Β You should’ve received an email containing a link to download Events Calendar Pro and the license key.
Can you go to My Account Β» Downloads and download the Events Calendar Pro plugin.Β You’ll need to keep the free The Events Calendar plugin active as well.
Then get your license key, and go to Events Β» Settings Β» Licenses to enter it.
Let me know if this works now.
Thanks
