MemberHi there!
Thanks so much for getting in touch! I’m afraid that we’re not equipped to provide technical support for current plugin users here in our pre-sales forum. We’d be more than happy to assist you at one of the following locations:
β’ If you’re using one or more of our free plugins such as The Events Calendar and Event Tickets, you can request assistance on the WordPress.org support forum for the affected product.
β’ If you’re a current license holder for one of our premium offerings, please log in to your account and submit a post to the appropriate forum for the affected product. Please include your System Info https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/ so we can better help you.If you can, please take the time to confirm in your post that you’ve run through our Testing for Conflicts steps prior to contacting us–this will save us a step and help us to get your issue resolved that much quicker! π
Thanks again, and we’ll see you in the forums!

MemberHey Kera
Our WordPress plugins using The Events Calendar do not allow for embedding on other sites.
However, we are launching a new product within just a few days called Loxi. This will allow for embedding on any site you’d like, even ones that are not WordPress based. Check it out: http://m.tri.be/19qc
Would that meet your needs?
Thanks

MemberHey Tessa
At this time, the “Other URL” feature is limited to sites running The Events Calendar.
Can you show me a link to an event with GoToEvents? I’d like to see what export options they may have available.
Thanks

If you head to My Account Β» License Keys https://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys/, you should see an upgrade option. Let me know if that works for you.

MemberHi David
Event Tickets Plus requires that you install an e-commerce plugin. We currently support WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads.Read more about each optionβs features and payment gateways.
Event Tickets and its new Tribe Commerce functionality only interfaces with Paypal at this time. We hope to expand that in the near future, but as of yet have no set plans.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

Yes, they will continue to work. However, you will no longer have access to updates or the support forums.
Is there anything else I can help you with?

MemberHi Lori
So sorry for the confusion.Β We sent an email containing a link to download Events Calendar Pro and the license key. I think you may have found that by now.
If not…
Can you go to My Account Β» Downloads https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/ and download the Events Calendar Pro plugin.Β You’ll need to keep the free The Events Calendar https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-events-calendar plugin active as well.
Then get your license key https://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys/, and go to Events Β» Settings Β» Licenses to enter it.
It looks like you tried to do this, but in the Event Aggregator field instead.
Let me know if this works now.
Thanks

MemberHey Alexandros
The easiest way to achieve this would be to use The Events Calendar on all sites. Then get Event Aggregator https://theeventscalendar.com/product/event-aggregator/ on the one site that should contain all the events. The “Other URL” feature will allow you to import events from any site already using The Events Calendar.
If you are not tied in to WordPress, you could check out Loxi, a new product we are just days away from launching. It would be 1 interface that you post your events on, and embed the calendars across your sites. http://m.tri.be/19qc I’m not sure if that would exactly match your needs either, but it might come closer. Stay tuned as we launch this and set up a demo account to try it out.
Thanks

MemberHey Richard
Can you send me a screenshot of how the widget is displaying for you? I tested it on my end with an iPhone and a Galaxy Android Phone and it looks to be as expected.
Thanks

MemberHi Emma
Yes, you can use square photos. These are set as the featured image, much the same as normal WordPress posts featured images. You can see some examples of square images on our demo site: https://wpshindig.com/events/photo/.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHey Timothy
We have a few ways to achieve this. First, using just The Events Calendar and entering categories for events, you can create a link to the categories.
On our demo site WP Shindig Demo Site https://wpshindig.com/events/ you can see example events. If you go to a single event and click on the category link: https://wpshindig.com/event/seattle-beercode/2018-03-28/
it goes to: https://wpshindig.com/events/category/tech-meetups/ in whatever your default view is set to.
You can use those types of links in any navigation menu items or buttons you create on your site.
If you’d like to give the user more control themselves over what types of categories they want to display, check out Filter Bar https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-events-filterbar. You can see it in action as the 2nd row on WP Shindig Demo Site https://wpshindig.com/events/. It has a categories sorting option.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks
