Event license invalid

I recently purchased Event Calendar Pro and am just now getting it set up and it is giving the following error when pasting into settings:
Your Event Aggregator license key is invalid. Visit the Events Calendar website to check your licenses.

I copied it from the Modern Tribe > my account website so it cannot be invalid.

Help please.

Hi Lori

So sorry for the confusion.  We sent an email containing a link to download Events Calendar Pro and the license key. I think you may have found that by now.

If not…

Can you go to My Account » Downloads https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/ and download the Events Calendar Pro plugin.  You’ll need to keep the free The Events Calendar https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-events-calendar plugin active as well.

Then get your license key https://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys/, and go to Events » Settings » Licenses to enter it.

It looks like you tried to do this, but in the Event Aggregator field instead.
