    Hi, I was wondering if you guys are still on track to push out your fix today?

    Thanks,
    Robb.

    Hi Brendan,

    There are only two options that show in that area (in the drop down). They are csv and EventBrite. No Eventbrite Locale option and no option to save any settings.

    Hi Brendan, I have updated the Events Aggregator license so it’s valid but the same problem persists.

    Thoughts?

    Hi, sorry, another piece of information. When I go to Events > Settings > API, I see that there is a heading called “Eventbrite,” beneath which says “You need to connect Event Aggregator to Eventbrite to import your events from Eventbrite.” See attached screenshot.

    When I click the “Connect to eventbrite” button, I get the “Bad License” error.

    In one of your earlier responses you mentioned that Event Aggregator does not need to have an active license for EventBrite Tickets to function. Are you sure this is the case?

    Thanks,

    Hi Brendan,

    No effect with deactivating Event Tickets Plus. As a side note, isn’t it a
    little odd that your own plugins wouldn’t play nice together?

    Anyway, I’d like to make sure we’re actually talking about the same feature
    that isn’t working. I am referring to the feature that allows one to import
    events from Eventbrite. This used to be called “Legacy Import” I believe but
    that option doesn’t exist anymore, perhaps removed with the plugin update
    you guys recently pushed out.

    Thanks,

    Hi,

    Also, does Eventbrite Tickets need to be used in conjunction with any of your other plugins? I ask because we have 3 other plugins with expired licenses (Event Aggregator, Events Calendar Pro, and Event Tickets Plus). We let those expire because they are not being used at the moment.

    Thanks,

    Hi,

    I could do this but nothing has changed with the site from when the feature was working (no new plugins for instance).

    Note that I’ve also learned that this is the “Legacy Update” feature that is not working. Perhaps that helps.

    Thanks.

    Hi Patricia, I selectively turned off minification, cleared all caches and then reactivated minification. That has resolved the problem for now. I suspect that when new events are added the problem will resurface but now I know what to check so thank you.

    Hi Shelby, I tried this css but it had no effect but you set me the right track. The following css successfully hides the availability number:

    .tribe-events-tickets .tribe-tickets-remaining {
    display: none;
    }

    Thanks,
    Robb.

    Hi Shelby,

    Certainly, any event with a ticket will show this but here’s link to a specific event. http://canadianplayboyz.com/event/chilliwack-ladies-night-fplayboyz-summer-love/

    Thanks,
    Robb.

    Hi Geoff, I thought I’d post this in case anyone else is struggling with this issue. I seem to have found a solution. For tickets I had the “Enable global stock” setting checked. Unchecking this fixes the issue.

    All good now.
    Thanks,
    Robb.

    Hi Victor, I see a lot of threads about WC3.0 issues and the fix (https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/woocommerce-3-0-users-read-this/) but I’m concerned about installing this update to a live site given it feels (please no offense) a little rushed.

    What is the procedure for adding the “Early Access” (or pre-release) version of Event Tickets Plus (Event Tickets Plus 4.4.5RC1)? Is it best to unzip the file and upload via FTP, overwriting existing files? Will all data be preserved? Should it be uploaded via the “Add New” plugins option?

    Please provide additional steps on adding this fix.

    Thanks,
    Robb.

    Hi Victor,

    I believe you have me all sorted out, thank you very much. I have one last question, which I know will be an easy one for you.

    I’ve configured event details pages so tickets show at the top. Is it possible to display just a list of tickets like this via shortcode (e.g. as a specific event, or as a type of ticket for a particular event, or as a type of ticket for all events)? The purpose being that maybe I’ll display tickets on the home page for events, or add some sort of list view of just this ticket purchase area. I’ve attached a screenshot to hopefully help out.

    Thanks again Victor. Great support!
    Robb.
