ParticipantCan you try going to your Licenses page (Events->Settings->Licenses), double checking that your keys are correctly entered with no spaces, and clicking ‘Save Changes’ again? Sometimes this helps to refresh the License Key settings. Give that a shot, and let me know if that helps.
Thanks! 🙂

Participantmending,
Thanks for reaching out. Could you include a link to the thread or snippet that you’re referencing, so I can investigate further? Thanks! 🙂-Casey-

Participantcomhlamh,
Sorry to hear you’re having trouble here, but hopefully I can help. With your personal license for Events Calendar PRO, you’re entitled to receive updates for one website. To manage which website can receive updates, just login to your Tri.be account and go to your License Keys page. From there, you can deactivate updates for any URLs that you’re not actively using the plugin on.Give that a try and let me know if it does the trick. Thanks! 🙂

Participantdflorence,
Thanks for getting in touch, and sorry to hear that you’re having issues here. Hopefully I can help! 😀 Can you try temporarily reverting to the default 2013 theme to see if this issue persists? I suspect that this is an issue with your theme, but just want to narrow it down a bit before troubleshooting further.Give that a shot and let me know what you discover. Thanks! 🙂

ParticipantI’m definitely seeing the issue that you’re describing here. Can you go ahead and deactivate all other plugins (besides The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO)? Then reply back here and I’ll login again to investigate further if any other errors are displaying. Standing by…

Participantmending,
While I can’t give you a guaranteed timeframe for our next release, I can tell you that we’re aiming to have something released this month. With that being said, sometimes releases can get pushed back due to QA or other issues arising. I hope that helps to answer your question. Thanks! 🙂

ParticipantGreat! Since it looks like you’re all set, I’m going to mark this thread “Answered” and close it out.
By the way, if you have a minute or two, we would love it if you’d write a few words for us here: http://wordpress.org/support/view/plugin-reviews/the-events-calendar?filter=5
Thanks in advance. 🙂

ParticipantBen,
Thanks for getting in touch. The Community Add-on uses virtual pages for the Event Submission/Edit form, and the ‘My Events’ listing page, so they don’t have any WordPress page IDs. However, you can restrict access to members only by going to ‘Events->Settings->Community’ and making sure ‘Allow Anonymous’ submissions is turned off (screenshot) so that only logged-in users can submit events. We also have some conditional PHP tags for use in your theme:
- tribe_is_community_edit_event_page() – used for determining if the user is viewing the edit/submission form
- tribe_is_community_my_events_page() – used for determining if the user is view the ‘My Events’ listing page
Give those suggestions a try and let me know if you have further questions. Thanks! 🙂

Participantmiranda18,
Thanks for getting in touch and for being a customer! 😀 As far as filtering by categories, you can do that (and much more!) with our Filter Bar add-on.Regarding your second question, this third-party plugin will allow you to specify category colors for your events.
Give those suggestions a try and let me know if you have further questions. Thanks! 🙂
